C	Conduttori Secam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato con la mia ragazza per 3gg nella mansarda di Marina di Ragusa precisamentre nell'appartamento Marte. Guardando le foto sembrerebbe tutto molto carino ma in realtà abbiamo trovato molte cose che non andavano e si tratta di servizi primari. Innanzi tutto la mansarda si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore e senza citofono e ne pulsante per aprire il cancello il che significa che ogni volta che uno dei due si allontanava o veniva qualcuno a trovarci bisognava scendere tre piani per aprire. Poi il circuito elettrico dello scaldabagno e dei condizionatori avevano un timer che li spegnavano ogni 15 minuti (impossibile fare una doccia calda) e tantomeno climatizzare gli ambienti.(ammenochè non stavi con la seggiola vicino al pulsante di riattivazzione).Sulla testata del letto polvere in quantità industriale, la terrazza era cosparsa di cagate di piccioni e al posto del bel tavolo esposto nelle foto abbiamo trovato un tavolo vecchio e pieno di polvere. Dulcis in fondo abbiamo chiesto dei cuscini per le sdraio ma abbiamo avuto solo due miseri teli.Alla fine abbiamo fatto presente il tutto e ci hanno riferito che si sarebbero accertati (vederle prima no!! il citofono era evidente) , successivamente si sono scusati con la mia ragazza dicendogli che ci avrebbero rimborsati 30 euro per i disagi (chiamali disagi). Ancora non sono stati accreditati. We stayed with my girlfriend for 3 days in the attic of Marina di Ragusa in the Marte apartment. Looking at the photos it would seem very nice but in reality we found many things that were not right and these are primary services. First of all, the attic is located on the third floor without an elevator and without an intercom and a button to open the gate, which means that every time one of the two moved away or someone came to visit us, it took three floors to open. Then the electric circuit of the water heater and the air conditioners had a timer that turned them off every 15 minutes (impossible to take a hot shower), let alone air-condition the rooms (unless you were sitting with the chair near the reactivation button). On the head of the dust bed in industrial quantities, the terrace was strewn with pigeon shit and instead of the beautiful table shown in the photos we found an old table full of dust. Dulcis in the end we asked for cushions for the deckchairs but we had only two poor towels. In the end we mentioned everything and they told us that they would be verified (see them first no! The intercom was obvious), then they apologized with my girlfriend telling him that they would have reimbursed us 30 euros for the inconveniences (call them inconveniences). They have not yet been accredited.

Tutto come da foto a parte per delle diatribe tra condomini per via dell'impianto idraulico (problema noto già da parecchio tempo). Inizialmente ci è stato vietato di utilizzare uno dei bagni con vasca, successivamente alla nostra richiesta di rapportare il prezzo in base alle condizioni della casa (ventilatori rotti, sistemati durante il nostro soggiorno con disaggi non indifferenti) siamo pure stati intimati ad abbandonare la stessa in seguito a degli insulti ricevuti dal responsabile dell'agenzia (persona con poca pazienza e poca educazione,che si è approfittato del fatto che è impossibile trovare un alloggio per 6 persone la prima settimana di Agosto). Abbiamo comunque utilizzato il bagno poiché ci è stato comunicato che il problema era risolto, ma tutte le mattine ci siamo sorbiti le urla del proprietario della casa sottostante che imprecava per via delle perdite nn indifferenti. Sconsiglio vivamente di averci a che fare. Apartment Giunone Marina di Ragusa. Arriviamo e la casa è sporca, la tavoletta del water sporca di pipì, pasta cotta attaccata al muro della cucina, bottiglie d'acqua aperte e bevute, polvere ovunque.. chiamiamo l'agenzia e ci spostano a Matina. Accettiamo poiché il nostro volo é 5 giorni dopo. Oggi eravamo a visitare un paese vicino. Ricevo un messaggio che stanno entrando nella nostra casa per vedere una perdita. Chiediamo 20 minuti per poter tornare indietro. Ci rispondo sono che loro possono entrare. Gli intimano di aspettarci. Ci chiedono più volte se abbiamo buttato i pannolini della bambina nel water. Cosa assolutamente non fatta. Gente così rovina il nome della sicilia e dei siciliani. Non vediamo l'ora di domani per andarcene. We book months and months before. For the drypoint house. We arrive and the house is dirty, the toilet seat dirty with pee, cooked pasta attached to the kitchen wall, open bottles of water and drinks, dust everywhere ... we call the agency and move us to Matina. We accept because our flight is 5 days later. Today we were visiting a neighboring country. I receive a message that they are entering our home to see a loss. We ask for 20 minutes to be able to go back. I answer is that they can enter. Tell them to wait for us. They ask us several times if we have thrown the baby's diapers into the toilet. Absolutely not done. Such people ruin the name of Sicily and Sicilians. We are looking forward to tomorrow to leave.

L'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione è veramente bello e in una posizione comoda sia per il mare che per il centro. Lo staff molto gentile. Lo consiglio. Good evening. I just stayed in an apartment Pomelia, namely apartment Ocean. The apartment reflects the description is really beautiful and in a convenient location for both the sea and the center. Gli appartamenti a piano terra hanno anche un giarninetto. Il nostro appartamento era per 6 persone: 3 camere da letto, salotto con cucina, due bagni (uno piccolo con solo doccia), giardinetto e un posto auto all'interno del residence. Possibilità di noleggio bici da sfruttare sulla ciclabile lungomare. Stanze e arredi nuovi, ma già ben usati, appartamenti ben attrezzati, pulizia alla consegna migliorabile. Sconto 20% al lido Baja Beach. Ottima soluzione per famiglie con bambini, ma non economico. Residence at the gates of Marina di Ragusa on the waterfront consisting of apartments in two-storey villas. The ground floor apartments also have a small garden. Our apartment was for 6 people: 3 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, two bathrooms (one small with shower only), small garden and a parking space inside the residence. Possibility to rent a bike to use on the waterfront cycle path. New and well-used rooms and furnishings, well-equipped apartments, improved cleaning on delivery. 20% discount at Baja Beach. Excellent solution for families with children, but not cheap.

Le case hanno sempre rispettato la descrizione del sito, non abbiamo mai trovato sorprese negative. Quest'anno abbiamo trovato uno sdraio rotto, lo abbiamo segnalato ed è stato prontamente sistemato. Questa volta però segnaliamo una minor attenzione alla pulizia della zona cucina, non all'altezza del prezzo pagato ne' dello standard degli anni precedenti. This is the third time we have turned to Pomelia. We have always enjoyed both check.in and check.out. The houses have always respected the site description, we never found negative surprises. This year we found a broken deckchair, we reported it and it was promptly fixed. This time, however, we report less attention to the cleaning of the kitchen area, not up to the price paid or the standard of previous years.

Nessuna elasticità negli orari di check in e check out benché arrivassimo dal Nord e speravamo di poter fruire di almeno mezza giornata di mare, ma con l auto carica di bagagli impossibile. Neanche la possibilità di parcheggiare l auto all interno. La colazione contrariamente a quanto letto, misera proprio. Un asciuga capelli da borsetta. Nessuna dotazione per la spiaggia o convenzione. Mi hanno segnalato il Baja che vivamente sconsiglio. La struttura non ha una reception. La posizione è tanto fuori dal centro di Marina di Ragusa. Per una farmacia o una colazione al bar bisogna andare in auto. Enough. I expected better. No flexibility in check-in and check-out times even though we came from the North and we hoped to be able to enjoy at least half a day at sea, but with the car loaded with luggage it was impossible. Not even the possibility to park the car inside. The breakfast contrary to what we read, just miserable. A handbag hair dryer. No beach equipment or convention. They pointed out the Baja which I strongly advise against. The property does not have a reception. The location is far out of the center of Marina di Ragusa. For a pharmacy or a breakfast at the bar you have to go by car.
A	Adrian Haberberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well laid out and maintained to a high standard. When the gas ran out, it was put right within about an hour. Spotlessly clean and not a chipped cup or plate in sight. Genuinely close to the beach and to some terrific restaurants. Quiet; the distant sounds of Marina's clubs did not disturb our rest. Would (and quite possibly shall) rent again.
