★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non capisco un locale che all’ingresso ha calcetto, giochi e cose da bambini, che mostra nel menu su internet sandwich e taglieri e poi ti propina musica francese a bordo piscina, un maitre che propone piatti raffinati di pesce freschissimo, ed un tentativo di gourmet fashion che contrasta con quanto letto sul sito, con l’ingresso ed in generale, con quello che era stato espresso. Vorrei ma non posso e l’impressione generale che se ne ricava… un locale raffinato a bordo piscina con musica colta in sottofondo non può avere quel nome, quell’ingresso, l’erba finta a terra e 2 sole persone a servire ai tavoli. Per inciso il pane, ricevuto a fine cena, qualità scadente, meglio servirlo prima, congiuntamente alle bevande… e chiedere in continuazione come va, dopo che si è servita la buccia di un formaggio canestrato messa sottosopra, ben 2 fette, suona come una presa in giro. Sorprendente poi il congedo freddo e piccato del boriosissimo maitre che avrebbe fatto meglio chiedendo scusa…

I honestly don't understand a place that has table football, games and things for children at the entrance, which shows sandwiches and cutting boards on the internet menu and then offers you French music by the pool, a maitre who offers refined dishes of very fresh fish, and an attempt of gourmet fashion that contrasts with what was read on the site, with the entrance and in general, with what was expressed. I would like to but I can't and the general impression you get ... a refined poolside venue with music in the background cannot have that name, that entrance, the fake grass on the ground and only 2 people serving at the tables. Incidentally, the bread, received at the end of dinner, poor quality, better to serve it first, together with the drinks ... and constantly ask how it goes, after having served the skin of a canestrato cheese turned upside down, 2 slices, sounds like a socket around. Surprising then the cold and spicy farewell of the arrogant maitre d 'who would have done better by apologizing ...

We waited for 1.30 hours with the restaurant almost empty to have a small, lightly seasoned and burnt pizza at the base.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito lugar y bonita atmósfera con piscina. Muy atentos en el servicio. La de la imagen es una sin gluten .. me gustaron mucho los condimentos y un poquito menos la masa de la sin gluten.
Nice place and nice atmosphere with pool. Very attentive in service. The one in the image is a gluten-free one ... I really liked the seasonings and a little less the dough of the gluten-free one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato in questo locale con la mia famiglia a metà luglio pensando di ritrovare l'ottima pizzeria di qualche anno fa, invece: restyling di una storia passata comunque di successo, ma adesso cambiamento epocale! Si mangia a dir poco divinamente, pochi coperti, un'attenzione al cliente fuori dal comune sia del metre, ma anche dello chef che gira per i tavoli a spiegare le pietanze ed è un vero piacere ascoltarlo. Esperienza davvero unica, prezzi onesti rispetto alla qualità, ambiente rilassante lontano dal baccano e cibo davvero di alta qualità e nel pieno rispetto della semplice tradizione siciliana. Da provare assolutamente.
I was in this place with my family in mid-July thinking of finding the excellent pizzeria of a few years ago, instead: restyling of a past success story, but now an epochal change! You eat divinely to say the least, a few seats, an out of the ordinary attention to the customer both of the meter, but also of the chef who goes around the tables to explain the dishes and it is a real pleasure to listen to him. Truly unique experience, honest prices compared to quality, relaxing environment away from the noise and really high quality food and in full respect of the simple Sicilian tradition. Absolutely to try.

Within a hotel structure, this restaurant does its part by offering fresh food of the day: good first courses, excellent second courses, the dessert menu is not satisfactory, in particular it does not excel, friendly staff.
