I signori che gestiscono questi appartamenti sono di una serietà impressionante ma allo stesso tempo molto cordiali e simpatici. 3 minuti per arrivare in spiaggia, 2 minuti per arrivare nella zona movimentata di Ginosa. Il top! Finding a better vacation rental than this is difficult. Really equipped with everything. The gentlemen who manage these apartments are of an impressive seriousness but at the same time very friendly and nice. 3 minutes to get to the beach, 2 minutes to get to the lively area of Ginosa. The top!

g	gaia busuioc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo alloggiato per due settimane qui e ci siamo trovati benissimo, il posto era molto pulito e ordinato, molto spazioso, la vista sulla pineta e sul mare era fantastica, posizione ottima, vicinissimo alla spiaggia e il parcheggio riservato era davvero comodo We stayed for two weeks here and had a great time, the place was very clean and tidy, very spacious, the view of the pine forest and the sea was fantastic, great location, very close to the beach and the reserved parking was really convenient

I proprietari e la SIg,ra Mimma con suo marito sono persone gentilissime e disponibili ad ogni esigenza. Parcheggio riservato. La struttura è a 2 passi dal mare, da negozi e bar. Super consigliato. Torneremo sicuramente! Perfect apartment with everything. Excellent cleaning. The owners and SIg, ra Mimma with her husband are very kind people and available for every need. Reserved parking. The property is 2 steps from the sea, shops and bars. Super recommended. We will definitely be back!

Oltre ad un appartamento veramente grande è accogliente,una casa pulita come una bomboniera. Pulita e perfettamente sanificata. Per ogni vostro problema la signora Mimma sarà felice di aiutarvi con il suo splendido sorriso. Ma poi!!!una casa a 2 min neanche dal mare!!!!!! Io lo stra-consiglio. What can I say, a dream vacation. I have spent my holidays in several houses but this one is first in the ranking. Ottima posizione per raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia. La signora Mimma e suo marito sono il top; sempre cordiali, disponibili nel dare il giusto consiglio e soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale ampio e gradevole, i servizi precisi e i gestori cordiali. Unica pecca, l'assenza quasi totale di insonorizzazione tra un appartamento e l'altro, al quale si passa sopra se si vive quotidianamente il mare. 5⭐ Really very nice apartment complex in the heart of Ginosa Marina, modern and well-kept, with dedicated parking space. We stayed in a large and pleasant studio apartment, with precise services and friendly managers. The only flaw, the almost total absence of soundproofing between one apartment and another, which is passed over if you live the sea every day. 5⭐
