Giada la ragazza che segue le case è di una discrezione incredibile e sempre pronte a darti il massimo benessere dalla legna per il camino ai consigli suoi luoghi in cui trovare cibo buono e genuino olio evo fatto dal fattore e birra fatta da maestri del luppolo. È il nostro rifugio per eccellenza la nostra oasi di pace. Il sarperi è per noi la casa più bella. Un luogo incantato in cui vivere solo di cuore lasciando la testa altrove. Ogni casa è dotata di comfort e c'è tutto ciò che può servire per vivere in assoluta tranquillità. Paesaggio impagabile. Un luogo dove ritrovare l'armonia e ritrovare se stessi. Giada the girl who follows the houses is of an incredible discretion and always ready to give you the maximum well-being from the wood for the fireplace to her advice places in which to find good food and genuine extra virgin olive oil made by the farmer and beer made by masters of hops. It is our ultimate retreat our oasis of peace. The Sarperi is for us the most beautiful house. An enchanted place where only living heart leaving head elsewhere. S	So-stare In Natura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci sono parole adatte a descrivere la serenità, la pace, l'accoglienza e l'ospitalità che abbiamo trovato a Gello. La casa nella quale abbiamo pernottato 8 notti con le nostre due bimbe di 3 e 1 anno ed il nostro cane era semplicemente perfetta. Fornita di ogni cosa (strumenti per cucinare ma anche giochi, libri e dvd per bambini), rustica e tradizionale ma attrezzata e molto pulita (con anche igienizzazione per covid). La terrazza vista tramonto, dalla quale si ammira un panorama mozzafiato sulla Val di Cecina e, di notte, una stellata pazzesca (con tanto di stelle cadenti per noi) vale da sola tutto il costo (super ragionevole) della casa. Gello, con la sua posizione strategica tra il mare e l'entro terra, ci ha permesso in una settimana edi visitare numerose spiagge (Marina di Cecina, Bibbona, ma anche San Vincenzo, Golfo di Baratti, Cala Violina, Cala Civetta), i famosi Masso delle Fanciulle e degli Specchi sul fiume Cecina (da non perdere assolutamente) e anche qualche gita più "urbana" come Pisa, Livorno,Volterra, San Giminiano, Monteriggione, Bolgheri e, volendo, Siena e Firenze. Insomma non avremmo potuto scegliere meglio il nostro campo base per la nostra bellissima settimana nella "terra dei cipressi". I proprietari, Giada e Giovanni, sono due persone di rara umanità ed hanno saputo dimostrarlo in ogni modo (ultima sera compresa, quando sono accidentalmente caduta e mi sono rotta una clavicola e subito sono stati pronti ad aiutarci in ogni modo) Torneremo sicuramente! Grazie di tutto! There are no words to describe the serenity, peace, welcome and hospitality that we found in Gello. The house in which we stayed 8 nights with our two 3 and 1 year old girls and our dog was just perfect. Equipped with everything (tools for cooking but also games, books and DVDs for children), rustic and traditional but equipped and very clean (with also sanitation for covid). The terrace overlooking the sunset, from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the Val di Cecina and, at night, a crazy starry sky (complete with shooting stars for us) alone is worth all the (super reasonable) cost of the house. Gello, with its strategic position between the sea and the hinterland, allowed us in a week to visit numerous beaches (Marina di Cecina, Bibbona, but also San Vincenzo, Gulf of Baratti, Cala Violina, Cala Civetta), famous Masso delle Fanciulle and degli Specchi on the Cecina river (absolutely not to be missed) and also some more "urban" trips such as Pisa, Livorno, Volterra, San Giminiano, Monteriggione, Bolgheri and, if desired, Siena and Florence. In short, we could not have chosen better our base camp for our beautiful week in the "land of cypresses". The owners, Giada and Giovanni, are two people of rare humanity and have been able to prove it in every way (including the last evening, when I accidentally fell and broke a collarbone and immediately they were ready to help us in every way) We will definitely be back! Thanks for everything!

Two things need improving - the oven is the first one. Second thing is that we unfotunately had hornets nest somwehere nearby, I hope it was already cleared out.
