★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastico appartamento a due passi dalla piazza principale a Volterra. La casa è predisposta su 3 piani, al primo piano la cucina più una piccola stanza di servizio. Al secondo piano il salone ed il bagno, ed al terzo due camere da letto. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un grazioso albero di natale. A due passi si trova una piazza panoramica fantastica.
Fantastic apartment a stone's throw from the main square in Volterra. The house is arranged over 3 floors, on the first floor the kitchen plus a small utility room. On the second floor the living room and the bathroom, and on the third two bedrooms. The owner is nice and helpful, on arrival we found a lovely Christmas tree. A stone's throw away is a fantastic panoramic square.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa veramente bella e curata in centro a Volterra. L’appartamento si sviluppa su tre piani: dal piano terra con cucina, al primo piano con salotto e bagno fino al secondo e ultimo con due camere da letto. Zona tranquilla e tv 4k per passare delle belle serate anche sul divano. Merita!
Really beautiful and well-kept house in the center of Volterra. The apartment is spread over three floors: from the ground floor with kitchen, to the first floor with living room and bathroom up to the second and last floor with two bedrooms. Quiet area and 4k TV to spend nice evenings on the sofa. It deserves!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful house to stay. Literally in the centre of the village, one of the best villages we visited in Tuscany, the house is beautifull and very hi-tech, very cosy and spark clean. Great amenities and the owner was very friendly and helpful.
A massive extra star for the toilet... one of the best showers I had during the trip! ?

The location is perfect, just few steps from the cathedral and one of the doors of the city. It's near the restaurants and attractions.
It's easy to go to Siena, San Gimignano, or beautiful cities around.
Riccardo is a friendly host and the communication is very easy.
I highly recommend this place.
