Bellissimo luogo sito nel territorio di Montefortino che non è troppo difficile da raggiungere, perlomeno sino a un certo punto da dove si può vedere la cascata. Partendo dal parcheggio della Valleria si scende alle Gole dell'Infernaccio e da lì si sale poi all'Eremo di San Leonardo. Una volta arrivati in cima, lasciando alla vostra destra la chiesa, si deve prendere il sentiero che al bivio, dopo la fontanella, si apre a sinistra. Il tracciato, completamente immerso nel bosco, è molto bello e facile da percorrere per gran parte del tratto, però gli ultimi 200 metri sono abbastanza impegnativi "EE " (escursionisti esperti). Fare attenzione perché si scivola. Rio Waterfall or also called "Hidden Waterfall. Purtroppo l'ultimo tratto è collassato in seguito agli smottamenti del terreno, forse dovuti al terremoto, che rende il sentiero impervio, impraticabile o addirittura inesistente. Gli ultimi 500 metri sono sotterrati da piante e tronchi ammassati probabilmente da una slavina. L	Loris Poggioli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passeggiata non troppo difficile prima nelle gole del infernaccio poi in mezzo a un faggeto bellissimo.... A tratti un po impegnativo per bambini specialmente nel finale gli ultimi 300/400 m è bene farli nel letto del fiume ( acqua permettendo) il sentiero è disastrato e franato. Il tragitto da effettuare è lo stesso che si fa per andare all'eremo di San Leonardo, anch'esso un posto molto bello da visitare con una storia affascinante alle spalle! Sconsigliato nel periodo di agosto per la troppa gente che si riversa essendo comunque in percorso escursionistico semplice! Difficult to reach, but amazing on arrival! Puoi arrivare solo ad un certo punto e la puoi vedere solo da distante. Ma quello che nom sa nessuno è che dopo la cascata nascosta, ce n'è un'altra piu grande. Non possibile verdela perche è dopo la parete di roccia. Unfortunately the path was lost at some point by the landslide of the earthquake. Gorgeous waterfall. È facilmente raggiungibile seguendo il sentiero alla destra della fontanella situata di fronte all’eremo San Leonardo. Ci tornerò Better late than never!
