★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passati per caso da questa antica panetteria nascosta dentro un androne di un vicolo di Brembate, siamo rimasti colpiti dalla cortesia della signora che la gestisce insieme al figlio panettiere. Pane fatto come una volta, buonissimo. Mi sembra scontato che non si possa avere una scelta infinita, questo testimonia la cura con cui viene seguito il prodotto. Ci spiace non poter diventare clienti fissi, non abitando vicino.
By chance we passed by this ancient bakery hidden inside an entrance hall of an alley in Brembate, we were struck by the courtesy of the lady who runs it together with her son the baker. Bread made as it once was, very good. It seems obvious to me that you cannot have an infinite choice, this testifies to the care with which the product is followed. We regret not being able to become regular customers, not living nearby.
