L'attuale edificio risale ai primi anni del 1700 e pregevole è l'elegante facciata a forma di capanna su cui sono adagiate tre statue raffiguranti la Vergine Maria e gli angeli, eseguiti nel 1773 da Antonio Maria Pirovano. All'interno è possibile ammirare il dipinto della "Beata Vergine Assunta" opera di Marc'Antonio Cesareo dipinto del XVII secolo.
It stands on the northern bank of the Brembo river. The current building dates back to the early 1700s and the elegant hut-shaped façade on which three statues depicting the Virgin Mary and angels are placed, executed in 1773 by Antonio Maria Pirovano. Inside it is possible to admire the painting of the "Beata Vergine Assunta" by Marc'Antonio Cesareo painted from the seventeenth century.
