Mi avevano assicurato a breve il compromesso presso il Notaio. Dopo aver scoperto la mia esclusione da questa graduatoria, nessuno si è fatto sentire per chiarire o quanto meno spiegare la mia esclusione. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE. I had booked an apartment in a subsidized building, but they had hidden from me the existence of a ranking. I was soon assured of compromise with the Notary. After discovering my exclusion from this ranking, no one spoke to clarify or at least explain my exclusion. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND.

La tempistica è stata un pochino lunga ma non dipende dai ragazzi di Casa Smart che sono stati chiarissimi fin da subito, super professionali e sempre disponibilissimi. La cosa impressionante è che da quando ho firmato l'incarico di vendita a quando ho accettato la proposta d'acquisto dell'acquirente sono passati 9 giorni! Non conoscevo Casa Smart prima e ho scelto loro perché mi hanno fatto da subito una bella impressione ma soprattutto perché, lo ammetto, mi hanno fatto una valutazione superiore rispetto ad altri 2 agenti immobiliari interpellati. La proposta che ho ricevuto é stata congrua con la valutazione iniziale. Sono molto contenta e consiglio vivamente di avere a che fare con i ragazzi di Casa Smart. Grazie di tutto! Con i ragazzi di CasaSmart abbiamo iniziato una collaborazione per poter vendere tutto. E' un rustico molto grande. L'organizzazione e la professionalità sono al top. CasaSmart ha coordinato i tecnici e l'impresa costruttrice, c'è ancora tanto lavoro da fare ma siamo davvero tanto contenti. Le prime vendite delle porzioni sono già arrivate.
