Abbiamo comprato l’intero arredamento nel 2011 presso Casanova e a distanza di 8 anni i mobili hanno dato problemi dovuti alla cattiva posa e montaggio (parole testuali dei produttori dei mobili). Nel dettaglio: un mobiletto del bagno a ribalta che era solo appoggiato e non fissato al muro, e ‘ rovinosamente caduto. Alla richiesta di riparazione ci è stato detto che lo facevano, ma ci hanno accusato di aver preso a spallate il mobile. Il top della nostra cucina pagata 30k oggi presenta una serie di crepe sul top. Il produttore ci assicura che il top è garantito 15 anni ma il danno nel nostro caso era dovuto dagli spessori in truciolate e non legno massiccio che sono stati messi in fase di montaggio. Alla richiesta di supporto a Casanova, Daniele (il proprietario) ci accusa di essere saliti con i piedi sul top della cucina ?Ora, capisco tutto ma che servizio al cliente è questo?! Sicuramente noi non ci soprattutto se vndremo mai più e lo sconsigliano vivamente! Not recommended! We bought the entire furniture in 2011 from Casanova and after 8 years the furniture gave problems due to poor installation and assembly (textual words of the furniture manufacturers). In detail: a drop-down bathroom cabinet that was only leaning and not fixed to the wall, and 'ruinously fallen. At the request for repair we were told that they did, but we were accused of shoving the piece of furniture. The top of our 30k paid kitchen today features a series of cracks on the top. The manufacturer assures us that the top is guaranteed for 15 years but the damage in our case was due to the thicknesses in chipboard and not solid wood that were put in the assembly phase. At the support request to Casanova, Daniele (the owner) accuses us of having stepped on the kitchen top ?Now, I understand everything but what customer service is this ?! Definitely we won't go there especially if we ever go again and we strongly advise against it!

Il loro punto forte sono le idee, la capacità di Daniele di trovare soluzioni a cui nessun altro riesce nemmeno ad avvicinarsi. Cura ogni dettaglio a 360 gradi, non delude mai. Dopo tanti anni, ancora sono loro la nostra prima scelta. Quest'anno abbiamo fatto la cameretta del bambino, partendo da misure di una camera non convenzionali, Daniele è riuscito a rendere unico ma funzionale tutto l'insieme, la qualità dei prodotti è eccezionale, il montaggio ed i lavori su misura impeccabili. In periodo di covid, il personale sempre super attento e rispettoso. Sono una garanzia, anche nel post vendita loro ci sono sempre. Grazie! Quality, professionalism, top design. The first job in our house dates back to 2007, and after so many years everything is still perfect. Their strong point are ideas, Daniele's ability to find solutions that no one else can even come close to. It takes care of every detail at 360 degrees, it never disappoints. After so many years, they are still our first choice. This year we made the child's bedroom, starting from unconventional room sizes, Daniele managed to make the whole thing unique but functional, the quality of the products is exceptional, the assembly and the tailor-made works impeccable. During the covid period, the staff are always super attentive and respectful. They are a guarantee, even after sales they are always there. Thank you!

Ad oggi dopo due anni ci ritroviamo a causa del montaggio sbagliato da parte di casanova, con il top dell' isola rialzato. (Senza tener presente gli altri mille problemi di questa cucina) Daniele (il proprietario) , sebbene si presenti come una persona gentile , in realtà non fa altro che rimbalzare a noi la responsabilità di quanto accaduto; giustificandosi che tale problema è dovuto al "normale utilizzo della cucina" e non , come è stato osservato da chiunque da una posa sbagliata. Non è MAI venuto a visionare il problema di persona , nonostante le numerose richieste scritte da parte nostra. Se questo è un assistenza post vendita al cliente.... Sconsiglio vivamente acquisti con Casanova design. esperienza pessima. We bought the kitchen from Casanova, about 2 years ago, complete with appliances and a kitchen for 13,000 euros.
