Cristina, la proprietaria, ha saputo cogliere al volo ogni mia richiesta.(nemmeno semplice direi visto lo stile steanpunk!) Cibo fantastico e camerieri molto disponibili ed efficienti. Grandissimo successo anche a detta dei miei ospiti!Grazie ancora! I got married at the end of June. I was immediately fascinated by the location "The broken house" for the simplicity and at the same time the refinement of every detail. Cristina, the owner, was able to grasp my every request on the fly (not even simple I would say given the steanpunk style!) Fantastic food and very helpful and efficient waiters. Great success also according to my guests! Thanks again!

Cercavamo un posto raffinato discreto curato e appartato dove accogliere gli amici e i parenti più esigenti in occasione della comunione di mio figlio e lo abbiamo trovato. Sentirsi a casa e camminare a piedi nudi sul prato non di casa tua non è da tutti i giorni. C era anche anche un bellissimo tappeto elastico su cui sfrenarsi con gli amici . Tutto ciò coordinato con accuratezza e gentilezza della proprietaria e dello staff. Ogni richiesta o curiosità è stata ascoltata e realizzata. Lo si può immaginare in mille modi Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che amano il bello e vedono le potenzialità. Speriamo di festeggiare mille altri eventi We were immediately struck by this somewhat original name and when Cristina, the owner explained the choice of name, we immediately felt at home. We were looking for a refined, discreet, well-kept and secluded place to welcome the most demanding friends and relatives on the occasion of my son's communion and we found it. Feeling at home and walking barefoot on the lawn outside your home isn't every day. There was also a beautiful trampoline to let loose with friends. All this coordinated with accuracy and kindness of the owner and staff. Every request or curiosity has been listened to and fulfilled. You can imagine it in a thousand ways. I recommend it to all those who love beauty and see the potential. We hope to celebrate a thousand other events

Lei ha intuito subito tutte le nostre esigenze e ciò che avremmo voluto realizzare per il nostro evento. Abbiamo deciso di affidarci a lei per tutta l'organizzazione ed è stata una scelta vincente il risultato è stata una serata di classe, allestimento perfetto e tanta cordialità e professionalità anche da parte del catering. Tutti ci hanno fatto i complimenti e la festa è stata strepitosa. Ma soprattutto Cristina ci ha dispensato tanti buoni consigli per realizzare al top il ricevimento, sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. È stata la scelta migliore che potessimo fare!!! Grazie Cristina We chose this location for our wedding when I met Christina I knew it was the perfect place for us and for our project of receipt. You immediately understood all our needs and what we wanted to achieve for our event. We decided to rely on her for the whole organization and it was a winning choice, the result was a classy evening, perfect set-up and lots of cordiality and professionalism also from the catering. Everyone complimented us and the party was amazing. But above all Cristina gave us so many good tips to make the reception the top, always available for every need. I could not have found a better place for my needs. Nature, space, elegance, great food and courtesy! Not even a "Lucanian" would have given me more!
N	Nausica Malavolta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho festeggiato in questo posto fantastico proprio ieri domenica 12 maggio la comunione di mia figlia.....Premetto di essere una mamma esigente e con le idee ben chiare in testa...quando ho conosciuto Cristina (la mitica padrona di casa) c'è stata subito un'ottima sintonia, Aveva già capito cosa volevo, ma ero Cmq terrorizzata dall'idea di non trovare realizzato ciò ke avevo in mente! Invece quando sono arrivata alla location il giorno dell'evento sono rimasta a bocca aperta ... Era tutto PERFETTO, esattamente come lo avevo chiesto, non c'era nulla di sbagliato! L'allestimento riprodotto esattamente nel modo in cui l'avevo provato e pensato io! Il cibo buonissimo, davvero strepitoso, di ottima qualità e in abbondanza, nonostante anche questo fosse un mio cruccio, non avendo potuto assaggiare le pietanze prima della festa! Tutto il personale ke ci ha servito ai tavoli e ke ha allestito la sala PERFETTO, gentilissimi, simpaticissimi disponibilissimi ed elegantissimi! Purtroppo non è stata una giornata di sole splendente, ma Cristina è riuscita ad accontentarmi in tutto e x tutto! Ho ricevuto da tutti i miei invitati tantissimi complimenti ed io sono felicissima x come è andata! Giornata perfetta, posto perfetto, cibo perfetto, personale perfetto, Cristina MAGNIFICA! Se avrò un' altro evento.... Sicuramente riscegliero' questo posto eccezionale!!! I celebrated in this fantastic place just last Sunday, May 12 the communion of my daughter ..... I state to be a demanding mother and a clear idea in his head ... when I met Cristina (the legendary hostess) c 'was a great tune right away, he had already understood what I wanted, but I was terrified of not finding Anyway realized ke what I had in mind! But when I arrived at the location the day of the event I was speechless ... It was all PERFECT, exactly as I had asked, there was nothing wrong! The delicious food, really amazing, excellent quality and in abundance, although even this was a mine anger, unable to taste the food before the party! All staff served us ke ke at the tables and has set the PERFECT room, very kind, very nice extremely available and very elegant! Unfortunately it was not a day of sunshine, but Cristina was able to settle all x and all! I received all of my invited many compliments and I am very happy x how it went! Perfect day, perfect place, perfect food, perfect staff, Cristina MAGNIFICENT! If I get an 'other event .... Surely riscegliero' this exceptional place !!!

Non c'è uno straccio di cartello. Ci eravamo accordati per un catering con servizio ai tavoli (35 € a persona anche i bambini) ma alla fine è stato un semplice buffet. Acqua e bicchieri (di plastica) contati. Si sa che vanno via come niente, almeno averne una scorta extra. Li pagavamo volentieri. Il cibo avanzato (tanto) era stato detto che sarebbe stato porzionato e messo da parte. Niente. Neanche la torta sono riusciti a mettere in una vaschetta. Mi è stata restituita sul vassoio. Così. Manco incartata. Ultimo e forse meno importante, mettete un ripetitore WiFi. Siamo nel 2021!! Ah naturalmente 2 casse per sentire la musica e due festoni manco a parlarne. Sembrava ci stessero facendo un favore. Con un minimo, non dico tanto, sarebbe venuto tutto molto meglio. Non sconsiglio ma, se vi capita di andarci (pensateci bene), fatevi firmare gli accordi!! I state that the place is very nice and quiet. Let's go in order: To find it, make the sign of the cross and hope that the GPS works. There isn't a shred of a cartel. We had arranged for a catering with table service (35 € per person also for children) but in the end it was a simple buffet. Water and (plastic) glasses counted. They know they go away like nothing, at least have an extra supply. We gladly paid them. The leftover food (a lot) was told it would be portioned and set aside. Nothing. Not even the cake were able to put in a pan. It was returned to me on the tray. Like this. Not even wrapped. Last and perhaps least, put in a WiFi repeater. We are in 2021 !! Ah of course 2 speakers to hear the music and two festoons needless to talk about it. It seemed like they were doing us a favor. With a minimum, I do not say much, everything would have come much better. I do not recommend but, if you happen to go there (think about it), get the agreements signed !!

Location bellissima immersa nel verde tranquilla e suggestiva con la possibilità di usufruire dello spazio interno ed esterno. Entrambi gli ambiente bellissimi, curata nei dettagli, dal tavolo centrale dove servire il buffet al carrettino dove abbiamo sistemato le bomboniere. Fuori tantissimo spazio, i bambini si sono divertiti da morire, e sedie in vimini che ti permettono di goderti la tranquillità del posto. Inoltre la disponibilità di Giulio è stata super dal primo momento in cui siamo andati a vedere la villa. Veramente ottima scelta ? I had my baby's baptism at this location and I'm super satisfied with it. Beautiful location surrounded by quiet and suggestive greenery with the possibility of using the internal and external space. Both rooms are beautiful, with attention to detail, from the central table where you can serve the buffet to the cart where we placed the favors. Plenty of space outside, the kids had a blast, and wicker chairs that allow you to enjoy the tranquility of the place. Furthermore, Giulio's availability was super from the first moment we went to see the villa. Really great choice ?
