★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente tutta questa gentilezza e cortesia non l’ho vista. Ho chiesto un filetto che e mi mostra un filetto non esattamente pulito da altre parti. Chiedo gentilmente di pulire togliere il grasso e le altre parti ed il commesso lo fa non molto convinto. Chiedo allora di tagliarmi l’unica parte di filetto che sembrava pulita, taglia pesa, uno sproposito e a casa mi ritrovo metà filetto, metà grasso nervi ed altre parti o pagate come fosse tutto filetto.

Qui si trova praticamente tutto: carne, preparati, salumi, formaggi, latte, yogurt, pane semplice o ai cereali, biscotti, verdura, vini, birre e tanto altro...si può visitare l'azienda e vedere gli animali ed infine ci si può fermare all'area giochi e Pic nic.veramente un bel posto!

Here you can find practically everything: meat, preparations, cured meats, cheeses, milk, yogurt, plain bread or cereals, biscuits, vegetables, wines, beers and much more ... you can visit the company and see the animals and finally there you can stop at the play area and Picnic. a really nice place!

Ampia area barbecue ombreggiata con tavoli di legno fruibile dai clienti a pagamento (50 euro a tavolo) prezzo un po' troppo esoso infatti era completamente vuota.
Un'altra pecca troppa fila al banco ma comunque per quella ci sono i numeri salvacoda. Si può aspettare il proprio turno all'aperto contornati da ulivi e canto degli uccelli.
Un'oasi di pace subito fuori raccordo con prodotti di qualità di propria produzione.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo qui per lo più per comprare la carne. Stavolta ho comprato uno spezzatino di vitella che mi hanno assicurato che sarebbe stato tenerissimo e così è stato. La loro carne l'ho trovata sempre gustosa tenera e buonissima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un angolo di paradiso a due passi dalla città. L’azienda agricola propone carni salumi e latticini provenienti dai propri allevamenti, frutta e verdura di propria produzione. La bottega è molto grande e pulita. L’azienda, oltre ai prodotti di macelleria, frutteria e caseari, propone selezioni di pasta, farine, olio e vini. Le foto parlano da sole. Le quattro stelle vanno alla location, e ad alcuni prodotti quali latticini, hamburger e carne di maiale. Ho avuto una piccola delusione per la costata, al sapore eccezionale ma alla masticazione mi è risultata un po’ gommosa (forse ho sbagliato la cottura). Sicuramente ci ritornerò. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Consigliato.

Siamo clienti affezionati ormai da anni e non compriamo più carne al supermercato da molto, ma ultimamente Fortunato è diventato il nostro unico fornitore anche di uova e latticini. Dire bio è dire poco, nulla a che vedere con le etichette "bio" commerciali. Qui gli animali li vedete liberi negli spazi vastissimi dell'azienda agricola, eccellente sia dal punto di vista etico che alimentare. Ottimi anche il pane, frutta e verdure. Insomma una certezza a 360°. I prezzi ovviamente rispecchiano la qualità ma se fosse il contrario sarebbe preoccupante.
Tra l'altro bello andare a fare spesa anche con i bimbi che mentre noi compriamo possono vedere gli animali o giocare con i giochi all'aperto!

Here you can see the animals free in the vast spaces of the farm, excellent both from an ethical and nutritional point of view. Bread, fruit and vegetables are also excellent. In short, a 360 ° certainty. The prices obviously reflect the quality but if it were the other way around it would be worrying.
Among other things, it is nice to go shopping even with the children who, while we buy, can see the animals or play with outdoor games!
