Abbiamo organizzato la Prima comunione di mio figlio il 3 giugno; i bambini sono stati tranquilli a giocare nel meraviglioso parco mentre noi adulti ci siamo goduti il fresco e il bellissimo paesaggio sotto il porticato. Sembrava di stare a casa. Complimenti e grazie per l'accoglienza e la cortesia! The place is really lovely. We organized my son's First Communion on June 3rd; the children enjoyed playing in the wonderful park while we adults enjoyed the cool and beautiful landscape under the porch. It felt like being at home. Congratulations and thanks for the welcome and kindness!

I bambini hanno avuto tutto lo spazio per giocare lasciando liberi i genitori di godersi il fresco del portico. Piero è un perfetto padrone di casa, controlla che tutto sia perfetto e che gli ospiti siano a loro agio. Parcheggio per tutti, prato curato e addirittura spazio per giocare a pallone, per la gioia di adulti e bambini. È una location perfetta per serate estive e ringrazio Piero per la perfetta riuscita della serata ! I celebrated my 50th birthday last night and I couldn't have made a better choice! The children had plenty of space to play, leaving parents free to enjoy the coolness of the porch. Piero is a perfect host, he checks that everything is perfect and that the guests are at ease. Parking for everyone, well-kept lawn and even space to play football, to the delight of adults and children. It is a perfect location for summer evenings and I thank Piero for the perfect success of the evening!

La sala interna è spaziosa e appena ristrutturata, la veranda e il prato esterno molto curati: il tutto permette di organizzare feste in ogni stagione e condizione meteorologica senza alcun problema, un vantaggio non da poco. Inoltre l'eccellente catering di Pepe è stata la ciliegina sulla torta. Grazie al proprietario Franco, gentilissimo davvero!! Super consigliato! I celebrated my graduation party here last week and everything was perfect !! The location is really beautiful and I couldn't have asked for better. The interior room is spacious and newly renovated, the veranda and the outdoor lawn are very well kept: all this allows you to organize parties in any season and weather without any problems, an advantage not just. Furthermore, Pepe's excellent catering was the icing on the cake. Thanks to the owner Franco, really very kind !! Super recommended!

Cercavamo un’atmosfera accogliente, non dispersiva, che ci desse la sensazione di fare una festa in famiglia... È così tutto si è avverato! Il 20 Giugno 2021 abbiamo festeggiato il nostro matrimonio... Grazie al carinissimo PIERO( proprietario ) e alla sua lunga esperienza e riuscito a trasformare i nostri desideri in realtà concreta. We immediately fell in love with Casale Capaldino! We were looking for a welcoming, non-distracting atmosphere that would give us the feeling of having a family party ... That's how it all came true! On June 20, 2021 we celebrated our wedding ... Thanks to the cute PIERO (owner) and his long experience he managed to turn our wishes into concrete reality. I highly recommend it to everyone. Una persona sempre presente che ci ha saputo consigliare alla grande e ci è venuto incontro per ogni nostra esigenza. La tenuta che dire.. Parla da sola... Immersa nel verde è il sogno di ogni persona amante della natura pulita e sistemata per accogliere tutti da anziani a bambini con il loro angolo giochi. Lo consiglio a tutte quelle persone che voglio fare una bellissima festa. We celebrated my daughter's baptism in times of Covid it seemed almost impossible but thanks to the very kind Piero owner of the estate everything could be achieved in the best way. An ever present person who was able to advise us well and came to meet us for all our needs. The estate what to say .. Speak for itself ... Surrounded by greenery, it is the dream of every person who loves nature clean and arranged to welcome everyone from the elderly to children with their play corner. I recommend it to all those people who want to have a great party.

Perfetta in qualsiasi occasione e periodo dell'anno , dall inverno sfruttando l interno con un meraviglioso camino che riscalda l ambiente e l atmosfera , all estate dove si può usufruire di un incantevole terrazza che da su una grandissima oasi verde , curata nei minimi dettagli con alberi , giochi per bambini e laghetto ! Da non dimenticare la professionalità e disponibilità del proprietario. A splendid location that manages to amaze us and excite us more and more! Perfect for any occasion and time of year, winter by taking advantage of the interior with a wonderful fireplace that heats the environment and atmosphere, all summer where you can enjoy a lovely terrace overlooks a large green oasis in the smallest details with trees , children's playground and a pond!
