Lo spazio diviso per ogni esigenza e vedere i ragazzi che non volevano andar via fino a tarda ora mi ha fatto capire che sono stati molto bene. Grazie ancora alle titolari. We celebrated the event of my son's 18, abundant and excellent food, organized down to the smallest detail, attentive and refined service. The chef proposed and personally presented us delicious dishes with attention to the smallest details. Excellent raw materials, combinations of refined ingredients and flavors, great creativity. The sweet tribute to the Roman aqueduct Anio Novus is wonderful and tasty. Casale Anio Novus is a magical place where you can savor a cuisine that will surely leave you with strong emotions.

Arriviamo sul posto molto presto (prima delle 11) e troviamo un luogo splendido: il casale Anio Novus. Ci chiediamo se sia possibile pranzare e, nel frattempo, decidiamo di visitare le antichità del periodo romano e il parco tutto attorno. Una volta "scoperti" a curiosare, siamo stati accolti con una cortesia d'altri tempi. Poiché era ancora presto per aprire la cucina, ci hanno accompagnato a visitare gli interni del locale e la nostra sensazione di meraviglia si è amplificata: vi si trovano diverse sale differenziate, tutte estremamente curate nei dettagli, nello stile, sempre rispettoso dell'antichità del posto, negli arredi. Abbiamo proseguito la nostra visita e conosciuto anche la cordialità dello chef e la sua brigata di cucina per concludere con un pranzo delizioso. Ci siamo sentiti privegiati dalla gentilezza dei gestori e di tutto il personale e dalla bellezza di un luogo che non si percepisce consultando il sito internet. Siamo tornati in Romagna con uno splendido ricordo di Tivoli. Torneremo di nuovo. Upon returning after a week's vacation in Tivoli, we decide to leave in the morning to visit the remains of the ancient Roman aqueduct. We arrive on the spot very early (before 11 am) and we find a splendid place: the Anio Novus farmhouse. We wonder if it is possible to have lunch and, in the meantime, we decide to visit the antiquities of the Roman period and the park all around. Once "discovered" to browse, we were greeted with a courtesy of the past. Since it was still early to open the kitchen, they accompanied us to visit the interiors of the restaurant and our feeling of wonder was amplified: there are several different rooms, all extremely cared for in detail, in the style, always respectful of the antiquity of the place, in the furnishings. We continued our visit and also met the friendliness of the chef and his kitchen brigade to conclude with a delicious lunch. We felt deprived by the kindness of the managers and all the staff and by the beauty of a place that is not perceived by consulting the website. We returned to Romagna with a splendid memory of Tivoli. We will come back again.

Come ciliegina sulla torta, un biolago dove è possibile fare il bagno d'estate. Consigliatissimo per mangiare, passare una giornata al lago e per eventi. Prenotato un tavolo da 16 persone con diversi bambini, abbiamo fruito dello spazio interno al casale per il pranzo (in un salone riservato) e i bambini si sono potuti godere gli ampi spazi esterni. Tutti gli ospiti sono rimasti estremamente soddisfatti della qualità del cibo, fresco e di alta qualità. Come antipasti e primi abbiamo assaggiato quasi tutte le proposte del menu primavera, più le portate del menu bambini (pasta al sugo o lasagna, cotolette e patatine). Come secondo alcuni tagli di fiorentina ed entrecote. Abbiamo portato il dolce da fuori, ma sono sicuro che non saremmo rimasti delusi dalle proposte del menu. Encomiabile la massima disponibilità dei gestori nella preparazione del pranzo (compresi i dettagli da rifinire nei giorni precedenti la festa) e la qualità del servizio durante il pranzo. Rapporto qualità/prezzo alto, considerato che abbiamo consumato anche prosecco e vino in bottiglia. Torneremo sicuramente, anche solo per un semplice pranzo in famiglia. Booked a table for 16 people with several children, we used the space inside the farmhouse for lunch (in a reserved room) and the children were able to enjoy the large outdoor spaces. All guests were extremely satisfied with the quality of the food, fresh and of high quality. As appetizers and first courses we tasted almost all the proposals of the spring menu, plus the courses of the children's menu (pasta with sauce or lasagna, cutlets and chips). As according to some cuts of Florentine and entrecote. We brought dessert from outside, but I'm sure we wouldn't have been disappointed with the menu suggestions. The maximum availability of the managers in the preparation of lunch is commendable (including the details to be finished in the days before the party) and the quality of the service during lunch. Scelto all’ultimo momento per il pranzo di ferragosto, accolta da personale gentile hanno subito servito il prosecco peccato che l antipasto è arrivato solo dopo 35’, però l’aspetto e la bontà del piatto ci hanno fatto sorvolare sul tempo . Le pietanze successive previste dal menù di ferragosto sono risultate originali con materie prime ottime. Migliorerei alcuni aspetti : i tempi d’attesa, servire il pane all’inizio del pasto e non alla seconda portata, eviterei spostamenti dei tavoli apparecchiati con tutti i commensali, aggiungendo più ombreggianti . Ritornerò perché il posto merita.
