Giardino esterno, forno a legna, supplì e fiori fatti in casa, pizze croccanti e digeribilissime, personale cortese.
 Location not too central, but in a quiet and cool area.
Outdoor garden, wood-burning oven, homemade supplì and flowers, crispy and highly digestible pizzas, courteous staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il locale ha cambiato da poco gestione, i supplì fatti in casa sono buoni e le pizze fine e croccanti sono piaciute, qualche primo troppo elaborato ma la lunga attesa mi costringe a mettere tre stelle.Il proprietario aperto alle critiche, che di solito non facciamo, si fa perdonare con un conto tirato all 'osso e un digestivo offerto dalla casa.☆☆1\2
The restaurant has recently changed management, the homemade supplì are good and the fine and crispy pizzas are liked, some first too elaborate but the long wait forces me to put three stars. The owner is open to criticism, which we usually do not do , is forgiven with a short bill and a digestive offered by the house. ☆☆ 1 \ 2

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che te devo dì amico mio, siete riusciti con il grande CHEF ad aprire un locale basato sulla genuinità dei prodotti, la qualità della cucina e soprattutto...L'OSPITALITÀ, praticamente stavo a pranzo a casa!!!
Complimenti di cuore, tutto veramente ottimo, dalla Carbonara, alle costine cotte a bassa temperatura in salsa barbecue (fatta in casa), fino al tiramisù con "Gentilini" alle fragole...S T R A T O S F E R I C O!!!
What do I have to say my friend, you managed with the great CHEF to open a place based on the genuineness of the products, the quality of the cuisine and above all ... HOSPITALITY, I was practically having lunch at home !!!
Congratulations from the heart, all really excellent, from Carbonara, to ribs cooked at low temperature in barbecue sauce (homemade), to tiramisu with "Gentilini" with strawberries ... S T R A T O S F E R I C O !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super consigliato se si vuole mangiare della carne di qualità ad un prezzo assolutamente competitivo. Piatti ricercati e molto gustosi. Contenta di averlo scoperto a 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Tivoli. Proprietario simpatico ed alla mano. Se vi piace la carne non potete non provarlo.
Super recommended if you want to eat quality meat at an absolutely competitive price. Sophisticated and very tasty dishes. Glad to have discovered it a 5-minute drive from the center of Tivoli. Friendly and easy-going owner. If you like meat you can't not try it.
