Il nostro appartamento, veramente meraviglioso, con 6 posti letto, dotato di cucina completa di fornelli, forno e frigorifero (ottimo per permanenze settimanali), affacciava direttamente sulla piscina. La colazione, più che abbondante, era ottima: ci hanno offerto, oltre ai cornetti caldi, una macedonia, appena fatta, e delle mele al forno. Fabulous farmhouse! I thank the managers for their courtesy and hospitality: they can make you feel at home. Our apartment, truly wonderful, with 6 beds, equipped with a kitchen complete with stove, oven and refrigerator (excellent for weekly stays), overlooked the swimming pool. The breakfast, more than abundant, was excellent: they offered us, in addition to hot croissants, a freshly made fruit salad and baked apples.

La location è una vera e propria fattoria, noi ci siamo fermati nel momento in cui cominciava la vendemmia; è comoda per visitare Tivoli e i dintorni, pur rimanendo al di fuori del caos cittadino. La depandance completa di cucina è ospitale, pulita e ben organizzata. Ancora un grazie a Generoso; mia moglie ricorda ancora le fantastiche mele cotte, veramente sfiziose che ho apprezzato anch'io. We went to the valle degli arci for a short time for vacation and we had a great time; Generoso (the owner) is a very special person, very friendly and helpful. The location is a real farm, we stopped when the harvest began; it is convenient for visiting Tivoli and its surroundings, while remaining outside the chaos of the city. The annexe complete with kitchen is welcoming, clean and well organized. Thanks again to Generoso; my wife still remembers the fantastic cooked apples, really tasty which I enjoyed too.

Colazione eccellente ma quello che fa la differenza è la gentilezza e la disponibilità del titolare: Generoso di nome e di fatto! Ci ha permesso di restare tutta la giornata usufruendo del barbecue e permettendoci di passare una splendida giornata in compagnia dei nostri cari amici. Nice place a stone's throw from Tivoli. Immersed in the vineyards and in nature. Well furnished and comfortable apartments. Excellent breakfast but what makes the difference is the kindness and availability of the owner: Generous in name and in fact! It allowed us to stay all day enjoying the barbecue and allowing us to spend a wonderful day in the company of our dear friends.
A	Adriano Giuliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto stupendo, il proprietario gentile a dir poco e appassionato al suo lavoro e alla sua attività, location immersa nel verde ma non distante dai maggiori punti di interesse del posto, appartamenti piccoli ma ben curati e dotati di ogni comodità necessaria, il tutto coronato da un'ottima e abbondante colazione inclusa composta da cornetti e sfoglie fatte in casa a scelta, un prezzo davvero davvero onesto per ciò che offre e un gruppo di simpatici amici a quattro zampe che non vedono l'ora di incontrare tutti gli ospiti. Ne vale davvero la pena. Wonderful place, the kind owner to say the least and passionate about his work and his activity, location surrounded by greenery but not far from the main points of interest of the place, small but well-kept apartments equipped with every necessary comfort, all crowned by an excellent and abundant breakfast included consisting of croissants and homemade pasta of your choice, a really really fair price for what it offers and a group of cute four-legged friends who can't wait to meet all the guests. It is really worth it.

Abbiamo trascorso qui qualche giorno x poter visitare le ville, tivoli e Roma. E qui abbiamo anche incontrato nuovi amici con cui abbiamo trascorso momenti molto divertenti. Gli appartamenti sono ampi e per le nostre esigenze non mancava niente. Tutto pulito. Letti comodi su cui ho dormito benissimo. Ottima e abbondante la colazione. Fantastiche macedonie di frutta. Pace, silenzio e cieli stellati. Piscina fuoriterra, non grande ma perfetta per rinfrescarsi dopo una giornata in gita x le città. C'è un barbecue comune che abbiamo utilizzato a ferragosto. Possibilità di usare la lavatrice. L'agriturismo è in campagna a pochi minuti dal centro di tivoli. Thanks to Generoso and his staff who welcomed us to the farmhouse with all the kindness and availability possible. We spent a few days here to visit the villas, Tivoli and Rome. And here we also met new friends with whom we had a very funny time. The apartments are large and nothing was missing for our needs. Everything clean. Comfortable beds that I slept great on. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Fantastic fruit salads. Peace, silence and starry skies. Above ground pool, not large but perfect for cooling off after a day out in the city. There is a common barbecue that we used in mid-August. Possibility to use the washing machine. The farmhouse is in the countryside just a few minutes from the center of Tivoli.

Lo trovate con facilità, perché il viale di ingresso si trova accanto ad una stazione di rifornimento. Ho soggiornato due giorni in un appartamento delizioso, con un caratteristico soppalco, tutto in legno come uno chalet di montagna!!! Il proprietario Generoso, veramente di nome e di fatto (!!!!!!) è stato disponibilissimo, è venuto sempre incontro a qualche mia richiesta e ogni mattina puntualmente ci portava le gustosissime brioche. Al risveglio è stato uno spettacolo vedere il sole che illuminava la campagna! Ci tornerò sicuramente! Magnificent location immersed in the countryside and in a strategic position just a few minutes from the motorway exit. You can find it easily, because the driveway is next to a petrol station. I stayed two days in a delightful apartment, with a characteristic mezzanine, all in wood like a mountain chalet !!! The owner Generous, really in name and in fact (!!!!!!) was extremely helpful, he always came to meet some of my requests and punctually brought us the delicious croissants every morning. Upon awakening it was a sight to see the sun illuminate the countryside! I will definitely be back!
