Letto comodissimo , frigobar, camere spaziose. La piscina è davvero wow! Immersa nel verde e circondata da un giardino rigoglioso ed un bellissimo orto.Curato tutto nei minimi dettagli, il casale Alessandri è il luogo ideale per rilassarsi e per staccare la spina. Ultimo ma non ultimo per importanza e’ stata la cena è il pranzo preparati da Federico. Piatti belli da vedere e ogni forchettata era un’esplosione di sapori. Lo chef ha una bellissima cucina a vista. Un vero incanto! Beautiful farmhouse and very well managed. Attentive and caring hosts. Spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished rooms. Very comfortable bed, minibar, spacious rooms. The pool is really wow! Immersed in the greenery and surrounded by a luxuriant garden and a beautiful vegetable garden. With attention to the smallest details, the Alessandri farmhouse is the ideal place to relax and unwind. Last but not least was the dinner and lunch prepared by Federico. Plates beautiful to look at and each forkful was an explosion of flavors. The chef has a beautiful open kitchen. A real charm!

Beh un percorso di un'emozione unica, piatti stupefacenti e di livello altissimo, tutti che mettono in luce il grande Chef che c'è dietro, Chef Alessandri. La/Le giornate di cucina che farete non potranno che farvi divertire ma allo stesso tempo inserirvi nella vera professionalità dell'arte del cucinare, imparando segreti, proprietà delle materie prime e tecniche di cottura. Un soggiorno consigliato a tutti coloro che cercano relax, tranquillità, natura e chiaramente OTTIMA CUCINA! Beautiful experience. Fantastic location completely surrounded by greenery, a breathtaking swimming pool. The structure is managed in an excellent way and by fantastic people, always attentive to the customer and who take care of it as if it were part of their family. The kitchen?? Well a path of unique emotion, amazing dishes and of the highest level, all of which highlight the great Chef behind it, Chef Alessandri. The cooking days that you will do can only entertain you but at the same time enter the true professionalism of the art of cooking, learning secrets, properties of raw materials and cooking techniques. A stay recommended for all those looking for relaxation, tranquility, nature and clearly EXCELLENT FOOD!

In Casale Alessandri si trova qualcosa di diverso: si, è possibile passare delle giornate nel completo relax e godere di una cucina stellata e di un panorama mozzafiato, ma non è tutto. Lo chef Federico e la compagna Louise sono due persone squisite, ma la vera particolarità del luogo è la possibilità di partecipare alle cooking class personalizzate. In un giorno abbiamo partecipato alla creazione della nostra cena, impastando acqua e farina, osservando come si crea una salsa gourmet e l'impiattamento di ogni pietanza in modo artistico. E’ bello assaporare qualcosa che hai contribuito a realizzare con lo chef, e il ricordo dell'esperienza rimarrà piacevolmente con me. Nota da non trascurare: la bellissima piscina a sfioro sui monti martani ❤️ Un grazie a Federico e Louise per la loro cortesia. A presto! Place where I really managed to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. In Casale Alessandri there is something different: yes, it is possible to spend days in complete relaxation and enjoy a starred cuisine and a breathtaking view, but that's not all. Chef Federico and his partner Louise are two exquisite people, but the real peculiarity of the place is the possibility to participate in personalized cooking classes. In one day we participated in the creation of our dinner, mixing water and flour, observing how a gourmet sauce is created and the plating of each dish in an artistic way. It is nice to savor something that you have helped to make with the chef, and the memory of the experience will remain pleasantly with me. Fantastic experience seems to be at the home of friends Louise and Federico always welcome you enveloping you with cordiality and attention in a wonderful medieval farmhouse. Relaxation guaranteed thanks to the tranquility of the location, the infinity pool and the panorama of the Umbrian hills. The refined dishes that Federico carefully prepares using refined and top quality ingredients made our stay an unforgettable experience.
B	Bill Thesier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef Federico Alessandri and his "Chef in a Day" class was amazing. He has a large teaching kitchen in his home in Umbria. We learned to make pasta (long noodles and stuffed), gnocchi with broccoli sauce, fresh tomato sauce, zucchini stuffing for pasta and drank great wine! We also learned many helpful techniques and some chemistry behind the ingredients. Everything was hands on. This class is worth every penny (euro) and more! Chef Federico is a great teacher and very entertaining. Louise, his wife is a gracious hostess and absolutely delightful. I highly recommend this class for anyone going to the Umbria area. I want to return to stay in their medieval castle and attend more classes!

The place is amazing, most ingredients grow right their in the farm, and we prepared a 5 course meal with fresh pasta. The hosts were beyond lovely, the class was professional and exciting, and this day was definitely the highlight of our trip. Highly recommended!
