Si possono gustare cibi della tradizione Umbra come i loro affettati e la Coratella di Agnello. I prezzi nella norma, quantità abbondanti e personale cordiale. Da assaggiare anche l amaro prodotto da loro. Simple place but the quality of the products is excellent also due to the meat that comes from their farms. You can taste traditional Umbrian foods such as their cold cuts and Coratella di Agnello. Fair prices, generous quantities and friendly staff. The bitter produced by them is also worth tasting.

È la Classica trattoria, datata negli arredi, ma una garanzia in fatto di scelta di piatti e selezione di vini. Noi abbiamo mangiato un ottimo cinghiale al tegame con contorni di patate al Rosmarino, cicoria ripassata, cipolle arrosto, caffè e acqua. La spesa è stata intorno ai 45€. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Primi sugli 8-9€, secondi dai 10€, contorni e dolci 4€ ma porzioni super che bastano per due. Possibilità di scegliere la mezza porzione con lo sconto di 2€. Bagno molto pulito e attrezzato persino di copriwater. Personale cortese e veloce nel servizio. Sicuramente da riprovare. Consigliato. Excellent restaurant near the sanctuary of Mother Speranza. Excellent quality food, very generous portions. It is the classic trattoria, with dated furnishings, but a guarantee in terms of choice of dishes and selection of wines. We ate an excellent pan-fried wild boar with rosemary potatoes, sautéed chicory, roasted onions, coffee and water. The cost was around € 45. Excellent quality-price relation. First courses around € 8-9, main courses from € 10, side dishes and desserts € 4 but super portions that are enough for two. Possibility to choose the half portion with a discount of 2 €. Very clean bathroom and even equipped with a toilet seat. Staff courteous and fast in service. Definitely to try again. Recommended.
