★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di avvalermi della prestazione della succursale di Peschiera Borromeo e di dover risolvere un problema di infiltrazioni d'acqua nel mio appartamento. Dopo aver tergiversato per due mesi sono stati mandati via, perché evidentemente non ero l'unico a non essere soddisfatto del loro operato, senza aver risolto alcunché. Non mi era mai capitata una gestione del genere e non ho veramente parole.
I had the misfortune to use the services of the Peschiera Borromeo branch and to have to solve a problem of water infiltration in my apartment. After hesitating for two months they were sent away, because obviously I was not the only one who was not satisfied with their work, without having solved anything. I have never had such a management before and I really have no words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se chiami tre minuti prima della loro chiusura non ti rispondono.. addirittura mi hanno chiuso il telefono in faccia. Spero si sia trattato di un caso isolato.per il resto tutto nella norma.
If you call three minutes before they close they won't answer you .. they even closed the phone in my face. I hope it was an isolated case. Otherwise everything is normal.

Purtroppo devo sottoscrivere quanto scritto dal Sig.Willam Bonsanti e smentire quanto detto dal Dott. Matteo Labbate.
Io, per conto dei miei genitori, nonostante le telefonate in studio per avere un'appuntamento e l'invio di mail a tutti gli indirizzi di posta elettronica riportati in calce alla loro carta intestata, non sono ancora stata ricontattata.
Non voglio dire che venga fatto in malafede ma sicuramente "non siete tempestivi" nell'evadere le richieste che vi arrivano.

I, on behalf of my parents, despite the phone calls in the studio to have an appointment and the sending of e-mails to all the e-mail addresses listed at the bottom of their letterhead, have not yet been contacted.
