★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza in se non è stata negativa, c'era giusto un pò di umido sulla parete (il quale ha portato ad uno scrostamento del muro dietro agli scatoloni che avevo messo appoggiati li vicino). La causa di questo voto così basso è che si era partiti da un importo di 110€ e, a distanza di 6 mesi, è arrivato alla cifra di 157€. A fine 2021 era arrivata una semplice comunicazione di aumento dell'importo base di 7€, ma questo mi è sembrato un tantino di più. Ciliegina sulla torta: nonostante l'aver liberato il box a metà del mese mi è stata addebitato l'intero mese e la risposta alla mia mail di richiesta di rimborso della metà dell'importo è stata: l'importo è relativo al mese intero e non è frazionabile. E pensare che avevo cambiato da EasyBox a loro per via del prezzo che mi stavano facendo pagare (comunque inferiore a 157€), e loro mi avevano dato indietro i soldi del periodo di cui non ho usufruito del box. Mai più!
The experience itself was not bad, there was just a little damp on the wall (which led to a peeling of the wall behind the boxes I had placed nearby). The reason for this low rating is that it started with an amount of € 110 and, after 6 months, it reached the figure of € 157. At the end of 2021, a simple communication had arrived to increase the base amount of € 7, but this seemed to me a little more. The icing on the cake: despite having cleared the box in the middle of the month, I was charged for the entire month and the response to my email requesting a refund of half the amount was: the amount refers to the entire month and it is not divisible. And to think that I had changed from EasyBox to them because of the price they were charging me (in any case less than 157 €), and they had given me back the money of the period I did not use the box. Never again!
