Purtroppo me ne accorsi in ritardo e non avevo pezze giustificative per dimostrare l'accaduto. Oggi mi sono recato in negozio per ulteriori acquisti e, bella sorpresa, sono stato riconosciuto dal personale che, prima che potessi dire qualcosa, mi hanno fatto presente che vi era stato un errore l'ultima volta che mi sono recato da loro. Il principale se ne accorse abbastanza presto ma non avevano coordinate per contattarmi. Insomma, senza che io aprissi bocca mi hanno dato la differenza erroneamente pagata e si sono scusati per l'accaduto. Raro esempio di correttezza e onestà mi hanno fatto riconciliare col mondo del commercio con il quale avevo avuto brutte esperienze. Ricordiamoci, non si deve fare di "tutta l'erba un fascio". Sono convinto che l'onestà paghi. Grazie e in bocca al lupo per il vostro lavoro. About a month ago I had bought some material and probably for a mistake I had paid more than necessary. Unfortunately, I noticed it late and I had no supporting documents to prove what had happened. Today I went to the shop for further purchases and, nice surprise, I was recognized by the staff who, before I could say anything, pointed out to me that there had been an error the last time I went to them. The principal noticed it early enough but they had no contact details to contact me. In short, without opening my mouth they gave me the difference wrongly paid and apologized for what happened. A rare example of fairness and honesty made me reconcile with the world of commerce with which I had had bad experiences. Remember, you don't have to make "a whole bundle of grass".
