Dal primo contatto telefonico per prenotare l'assistenza, al lavoro di riparazione sulla mia lavatrice i ragazzi sono stati: professionali, gentili e sopratutto puntuali. Sono stata seguita e informata su tutto quello che sarebbe stato fatto per risolvere il problema. Trasparenza e competenza che meritano il voto pieno.

Cortesia, massima disponibilitá, velocitá di esecuzione 3gg tra intervento-reperimento ricambio originale-sostituzione il tutto per rimettere in servizio la lavatrice, e considerando che era il mese di agosto......, il tutto con quel pizzico di buona professionalitá che non guasta! BRAVI
More than positive experience! Courtesy, maximum availability, speed of execution 3 days between intervention-finding original spare-replacement all to put the washing machine back into service, and considering that it was the month of August ......, all with that pinch of good professionalism that it doesn't hurt! Mi è piaciuto che:
* non hanno cercato pretesti per non far passare l'intervento in garanzia;
* la puntualità;
* il tecnico Michele si è dimostrato competente e veloce, cordiale anche con il mio cane che lo "marcava stretto" ? e ha lasciato tutto in ordine e pulito;
Un servizio eccellente!
Mi rivolgerò di sicuro a loro anche fuori garanzia e non solo per la Candy.
They worked on my Candy washer-dryer still under warranty.
I liked that:
* they have not looked for excuses for not passing the intervention under guarantee;
* punctuality;
* the technician Michele proved to be competent and fast, friendly even with my dog who "marked him tightly" ? and left everything tidy and clean;
An excellent service!
I will certainly contact them even out of warranty and not just for Candy.
