Molti sono gli uffici e i negozi vuoti, in affitto o abbandonati, il che da al luogo un'aria di desolazione davvero triste. L'unica nota positiva è il CAMST, un self-service economico dove è possibile mangiare piatti gustosi e ben fatti ad un prezzo conveniente. Inoltre accettano anche i ticket-restaurant.
