★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only 1 experience with this company, and it was excellent. For the entire process, Stefano & Casa39 were great, fast & accurate. The quotation process was swift, clear & easy. I accidentally ordered and paid for a large amount of tiles for a project. I had never worked with this company before, so I was somewhat apprehensive. Eventhough it was my error, they graciously, within less than a day, refunded the entire consignment amount without issue. I am not based in Italy, so it was reassuring to work with a professional & transparent company. Don’t he dissuaded by the lines being busy, they seem to be popular and therefore very busy.

I ordered Marazzi brand tiles from them to Netherlands, the tiles arrived as promised pristine condition, Stefano the sales person is amazing and always replied to our queries and emails. best thing is they deliver what they promise, maybe take a week extra for shipping from what is indicated on website but that is all.

Customer service was very good, all questions answered and the delivery came in about 10 days after finalizing the order, no damages ! Would recommend 100 %.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 110sqm of Marazzi tiles to deliver in London. Everything arrived in good conditions (just few tiles broken). Great packaging. Amazing email and phone support. Really good company to deal with.
It arrived a little bit later than expected, but considering the amount of tiles and the fact that they arrived all in one piece after ~1500 miles (~2500km) I think is reasonable.
