Non-existent assistance, poor and defective product, Mr Daniele speaks but in the end he only made fun of me, stay away from certain companies.

La seconda volta arrivato sano ma dopo due mesi di utilizzo si è bucato appoggiandoci un piede. Scritto all'assistenza hanno risposto che ho scelto io quel tipo di box doccia come se fosse di scarsa qualità. Ma se ha un prezzo triplo di qualunque altro piatto doccia.
Bad service. Bad quality. The first time the shower tray arrived broken. Paid € 385.00. The second time he arrived healthy but after two months of use he got a puncture by placing a foot on it. Written to the assistance they replied that I chose that type of shower enclosure as if it were of poor quality. But if it is triple the price of any other shower tray.
