WiFi läuft einwandfrei. Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Wir fühlen uns hier schon wie im 2. Zuhause. Der tolle Kontakt zum Vermieter tut sein übriges um sich willkommen zu fühlen! Grazie Simone! Ci siamo trovati benissimo: appartamento pulito, ordinato e dotato di tutto il necessario (e anche di più!). Ci ha stupito particolarmente il gran numero di pentole di tutti i tipi e la comodità dei letti, oltre alla grande disponibilità del proprietario, sempre a presente per chiarimenti, informazioni e consigli. Inoltre, la possibilità di avere un posto in spiaggia già con l'affitto della camera è stato comodissimo, ci ha risparmiato lunghe ricerche e costi extra! Consigliatissimo per una piacevole e rilassante vacanza a Viareggio! With some friends, we booked the apartment for a week, for a nice beach holiday. We had a great time: clean, tidy apartment with everything you need (and even more!). We were particularly surprised by the large number of pans of all types and the comfort of the beds, in addition to the great availability of the owner, always present for clarifications, information and advice. Moreover, the possibility of having a place on the beach already with the rent of the room was very convenient, it saved us long searches and extra costs! Highly recommended for a pleasant and relaxing holiday in Viareggio!

Sono presenti oltre al wi fi gratuito anche 3 condizionatori. Appartamento ristrutturato da poco quindi estremamente moderno, andrebbero risistemati 2 mobili e le tende di una stanza probabilmente rovinate da qualche precedente coinquilino... Tutto ottimo con un proprietario gentile e disponibile. Da dare un occhio solo ad alcuni dettagli tipo le tende o il mobile, ma sono cose di poco conto. Siamo stati 4 giorni e avremmo voluto sinceramente goderci la casa ancora un po'! Grazie e straconsigliata ai prossimi inquilini! Disponibilità di parcheggio per auto e bici che non è scontato a Viareggio. Simone è un ottimo oste che fornisce indicazioni turistiche e non utili! Pertanto è fortemente consigliato! Kostenlose Parkplätze findet man in der Nähe. Zu der Wohnung gehören Liegen am Strand, die im Juli und August genutzt werden können. Simone ist ein guter Gastgeber, er hat sich sehr nett um uns gekümmert, Ratschläge für Restaurants und Eisdielen gab es auch. Wir würden gerne im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.
