★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L appartamento e curato nei minimi dettagli (le foto non rendono ) pulito e accogliente la posizione è ottima a 50 metri dal centro. i padroni di casa Elena e Giuseppe accoglienti ospitali e premurosi ci hanno riservato anche il posto auto al nostro arrivo oltre ad averci offerto h a bottiglia di prosecco.
Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno nell appartamento di Elena.
The apartment is cared for down to the smallest detail (the photos don't make it) clean and welcoming, the location is excellent 50 meters from the center. the hosts Elena and Giuseppe welcoming hospitable and caring also reserved us the parking space on our arrival as well as offering us a bottle of prosecco.
I recommend everyone to stay in Elena's apartment.

Partiamo dalla gentilezza di Giuseppe (al nostro arrivo aveva riservato il parcheggio davanti all'appartamento per agevolarci)
Appartamento PULITISSIMO e accessoriato di ogni confort, niente è lasciato al caso.
Ci torneremo presto
we stayed in this apartment ONLY for three days but we had a wonderful time.
Let's start with Giuseppe's kindness (on our arrival he had reserved the parking space in front of the apartment to facilitate us)
VERY CLEAN apartment and equipped with every comfort, nothing is left to chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero una piacevolissima sorpresa questo delizioso appartamento in posizione strategica di Viareggio. Grande attenzione all'igiene e nessun particolare lasciato al caso. Ottimo per godersi una pausa anche fuori stagione. I proprietari Elena e Giuseppe, poi, davvero encomiabili nell'esaudire ogni richiesta offrendo massima disponibilità ed attenzione. Merita sicuramente altri soggiorni!??
This delightful apartment in a strategic position in Viareggio is truly a pleasant surprise. Great attention to hygiene and no detail left to chance. Great for enjoying a break even out of season. The owners Elena and Giuseppe, then, really commendable in fulfilling every request by offering maximum availability and attention. Definitely deserves more stays! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern) hatten eine unvergessliche Woche im Elena House! Vom Erstkontakt bis zur Abgabe war alles super! Elena und Guiseppe waren sehr herzlich, bemüht und haben alles vorbereitet, inkl. Parkplatzreservierung direkt vor dem Haus:) die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber/schön. Die Lage ist perfekt, zu fuss ist man direkt an der Strandpromenade und hat viele Ess- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten! Parkplätze an der Strasse waren auch immer verfügbar. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen:)
We (family with 2 children) had an unforgettable week at Elena House! From the first contact to the handover, everything was great! Elena and Guiseppe were very warm, tried hard and prepared everything, including reservation of a parking space in front of the house :) the apartment is equipped with everything you need and very clean / nice. The location is perfect, on foot you are right on the beach promenade and have many dining and shopping opportunities! Parking spaces on the street were also always available. We will come back for sure :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good/convenient location in the centre if the city and super close to the beach. Excellent owners who tries to do best for the tenants. There is even Netflix, so kids are happy. The appartment is not huge, so should be used by not more than a family of 3 max 4. Super clean and everything one needs for living is there.
