★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo na informação colocada no site. Pedem 50€ pela agua e ar condicionado usado em 1noite. Informação da qual não está escrevito na reserva, que o consumo da agua é pago separado!!!
Não recomendo !!!!
Terrible in the information posted on the site. They ask for 50 € for water and air conditioning used in 1 night. Information that is not written on the reservation, that water consumption is paid separately !!!
I do not recommend !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto deludente, non ci torneremo. La camera e il bagno erano totalmente diversi dalle foto pubblicate sul sito. Pur avendo anticipato con bonifico una notte al ns. arrivo hanno voluto il saldo per i restanti gg. Una sera abbiamo avuto la spiacevole sorpresa di un'intrusione in ns.assenza senza essere avvisati per privarci del telecomando dell'aria condizionata. Immediatamente ho contattato il figlio della proprietaria nonché ns.referente il quale sostenuto che non era compresa nel prezzo ma nella mia mail di prenotazione questo non era specificato. La colazione era scarsa e veniva servita nella sede del b&b ubicata altrove rispetto a dove dormivamo.
Very disappointing, we will not be returning. The room and bathroom were totally different from the photos posted on the site. Despite having paid in advance a night to our arrival they wanted the balance for the remaining days. One evening we had the unpleasant surprise of an intrusion in our absence without being warned to deprive us of the air conditioning remote control. I immediately contacted the owner's son and our referent who claimed that it was not included in the price but this was not specified in my booking email. The breakfast was poor and was served in the b & b located somewhere else than where we slept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Viareggina typical lovely house , in a convenient silent position in the center of Viareggio convenient for the sea, shops, restaurants . We had really a good time there, landlord very nice and helpful! Recommended.
