 We were really well educated cozy and quiet apartment 1 km and 8 from the sea near the island of Dino and Maratea the are spotless and Mr. Claudio very helpful for anything always present. We will definitely be back ?

The owner is a super caring person. Extremely available. Home ok. Sea View. Very close to everything both in Maratea and Praia. Advise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non si può definire la struttura come la migliore in circolazione, ma l'essenziale c'è: cucina, due camere da letto e un bagno. L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato. Bello il giardino all'esterno.
Due nei: 1 per mio gusto personale non apprezzo la tenda nella doccia; 2 le tapparelle nelle camere da letto sono d'obbligo, se non è possibile metterle, si può pensare a delle tende oscuranti come soluzione alternativa.
The structure cannot be defined as the best around, but the essential is there: kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The apartment was clean and tidy. The garden outside is beautiful.
Two moles: 1 for my personal taste I don't appreciate the curtain in the shower; 2 the shutters in the bedrooms are a must, if it is not possible to put them, you can think of blackout curtains as an alternative solution.

Reception and availability of the owner high. Great for a weekend with the possibility of cooking and eating out (weather permitting). On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate 8.
