La casa è un gioiello immerso nel verde e la distanza dal mare è di poche centinaia di metri. We had a great time and that thanks to the hospitality of the owner, very kind and very helpful. The house is a jewel in the countryside and the distance from the sea is a few hundred meters.

Il profumo dei fiori, la montagna e il Panorama levano il fiato. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e disponibili, sempre pronti a dare ottimi consigli. Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento con la terrazza, una vista spettacolare che lascia senza parole, fare colazione e cena con una vista simile è stupendo. L' appartamento all' interno è ristrutturato con cura ed eleganza. Se volete un soggiorno da favola in un luogo magico, prenotate le Case di Nina. Posizione ottima, a meno di 1 km da Fiumicello (spiaggia). Vicinissimo il centro di Maratea, la statua del Redentore (da visitare). Wonderful panorama (terrace with sea / mountain view). Home ok. Only flaw the bed, uncomfortable, promotes back pain. Excellent location, less than 1 km from Fiumicello (beach). Very close to the center of Maratea, the statue of the Redeemer (to visit).

Ci tornerò sicuramente. Beautiful apartment with terrace. It offers a spectacular view of the sea and mountains and is well cared for. The owners are very kind and always available. La struttura è comoda, pulita, confortevole e moderna, e risponde alle più svariate esigenze. La posizione è strategica per raggiungere i molti punti di interesse di Maratea, centro e porto. Ma il vero punto di forza di queste strutture è Riccardo, un ragazzo gentilissimo, disponibile ed animato da una grande passione per quest’attivita. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti dal suo sorriso e da una bottiglia di buon vino, e per tutta la durata del soggiorno è rimasto sempre a disposizione con i suoi preziosi consigli. Torneremo sicuramente in quei posti magici. Grazie Riccardo I stayed with my partner in the house "the garden" for the week of August. The structure is convenient, clean, comfortable and modern, and meets the most varied needs. The location is strategic to reach the many points of interest of Maratea, center and port. But the real strength of these structures is Riccardo, a very kind guy, available and animated by a great passion for this activity. Upon arrival we were greeted by his smile and a bottle of good wine, and for the duration of the stay he was always available with his precious advice. We will definitely return to those magical places. Thanks Riccardo
L	Laura Fabi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questo è il posto che il cinema ha sempre tentato di raccontare, con la sua terrazza che guarda il mare, le tende leggere mosse dal vento e il sole che si riflette sulle pareti rosse. Solo che in questo caso la sceneggiatura non serve, perché da questa casa, con la sua lunga storia, una famiglia è passata davvero. Ringraziamo il proprietario e sua sorella per l'atmosfera che hanno saputo regalarci e per averci aiutati a scoprire una Maratea che non avremmo mai potuto realmente vedere senza i consigli preziosi, i racconti di questa terra e la gentilezza autentica. This is the place that cinema has always tried to tell, with its terrace overlooking the sea, the light curtains moved by the wind and the sun reflecting on the red walls. Except that in this case the script is not needed, because a family has really passed through this house, with its long history. We thank the owner and his sister for the atmosphere they have been able to give us and for helping us to discover a Maratea that we would never have really been able to see without the precious advice, the tales of this land and the authentic kindness.
