★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passare del tempo nelle dimore Santojanni è un'esperienza unica, che coinvolge i sensi a 360 gradi.
Appena arrivi la vista viene inondata da una luce bianca fortissima, proveniente dalle ampie vetrate presenti su tutto il perimetro della casa e dalle ceramiche bianche del pavimento (bellissime)...tipiche della costa marateota.
A due passi dal porto e immersa nel verde, ci si sente subito a casa. Basta alzare lo sguardo per vedere San Biagio dritto sulla scogliera.
I mobili antichi sono finemente recuperati.
Ma le Dimore Santojanni sono soprattutto un'esperienza sonora...le barche che attraccano lentamente al porto, il vociare della gente che festeggia nei localini lì intorno, una campana delle cento chiese canta insieme agli uccelli, il vento che passa leggero attraverso le foglie degli alberi....e svegliarsi, aprire le grosse vetrate e respirare il mare. E' un'esperienza impagabile.
Spending time in Santojanni residences is a unique experience, which involves the senses at 360 degrees.
As you arrive the view is flooded by a strong white light coming through the large windows on the perimeter of the house and the white ceramic floor (beautiful) ... Maratea style typical of the coast.
A stone's throw from the port and surrounded by greenery, you immediately feel at home. Just look up to see San Biagio straight on the cliff.
The antique furniture is finely recovered.
But the Dimore Santojanni are above all a sound experience ... the boats that slowly dock at the harbor, the voices of the people celebrating in the little clubs around there, a bell of a hundred churches sings along with the birds, the wind passing light through the leaves of trees ... and to wake up, open the big windows and breathe the sea. It is a priceless experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een heerlijk appartement op loopafstand van de haven en restaurants. Airco aanwezig in 2 slaapkamers, goed geoutilleerde keuken, veel toeristische informatie en een eigen parkeerplaats. Eigenaar spreekt goed Engels. Met de auto naar het strand. De kust is er meer dan schitterend. Wij waren zeer tevreden.
A lovely apartment within walking distance of the harbor and restaurants. Air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen, lots of tourist information and private parking. Owner speaks English well. To the beach by car. The coast is more than beautiful. We were very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ appartamento su due piani molto, molto carino! la vista da tutte le finestre è bellissima!! la posizione è veramente strategica per il porto e le varie spiagge, il proprietario è assolutamente alla mano e disponibile, non ci sono orari di check-in, basta avvisarlo per tempo. ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità!
