Raggiungibile da Passo Croce d'Aune attraverso strada sterrata con alcuni tratti più sconnessi.
Sono due case indipendenti distanti una decina di metri l'una dall'altra, ognuna dotata di cucina, refettorio, bagni e camere. Una casa è da 16 posti, l'altra da 21 (su ogni casa sono presenti delle mansarde con ulteriori posti letto ma non utilizzabili). Gli spazi interni non sono proprio ampi ma adeguati ad ospitare i numeri indicati. Sono fornite di tutto il materiale necessario e ogni casa ha il proprio magazzino per lo stoccaggio del materiale.
Non c'è una stanza interna dedicata alle attività.
All'esterno della casa sono presenti ampie tettoie/porticati che consentono lo svolgimento delle attività anche in caso di pioggia.
Il prato esterno è molto ampio. Sono presenti due campi piani, uno allestito con rete da pallavolo, l'altro con porte da calcio.
Nel prato è presente anche un piccolo stagno (una decina di metri di diametro).

Reachable from Passo Croce d'Aune through a dirt road with some more rough sections.
They are two independent houses distant about ten meters from each other, each equipped with kitchen, refectory, bathrooms and bedrooms. One house has 16 places, the other 21 (on each house there are attics with additional beds that cannot be used). The internal spaces are not exactly large but adequate to accommodate the numbers indicated. They are supplied with all the necessary materials and each house has its own warehouse for the storage of the material.
There is no internal room dedicated to activities.
Outside the house there are large canopies / porches that allow activities to be carried out even in case of rain.
The outdoor lawn is very large. There are two flat pitches, one set up with a volleyball net, the other with soccer goals.
In the lawn there is also a small pond (about ten meters in diameter).
