★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La fortificazione originaria risale al XIV Secolo, quando molto probabilmente fungeva anche da ricetto per gli abitanti di Frascarolo. In ogni caso, seppure oggi sia rimasta la classica pianta quadrangolare dei castelli lombardi, le forme attuali risentono della ristrutturazione tardo ottocentesca operata dall'architetto Vandone di Vigevano.
Si tratta comunque di un castello bellissimo, a cui le quattro torri cilindriche donano un profilo inconfondibile. Da rimarcare anche il suo stato di conservazione pressoché perfetto, merito degli attuali proprietari, i quali hanno anche allestito un museo del contadino al suo interno.
The original fortification dates back to the 14th century, when most likely it also served as a shelter for the inhabitants of Frascarolo. In any case, although today the classic quadrangular plan of the Lombard castles has remained, the current forms are affected by the late nineteenth-century restructuring carried out by the architect Vandone of Vigevano.
However, it is a beautiful castle, to which the four cylindrical towers give an unmistakable profile. Also worth noting is its almost perfect state of conservation, thanks to the current owners, who have also set up a farmer's museum inside.

Castello in buono stato di conservazione, cinto da mura e circondato da un ampio giardino.
Nei pressi c'e a che il museo degli usi e costumi della civiltà contadina che però era chiuso come il castello che probabilmente è proprietà privata,comunque merita una visita se si è nei dintorni.
