Altezza 600 mt. Slm circa. Adatto a persone anziane. Il complesso - ubicato sulla sommità di un colle che domina la Valbelluna - era originariamente costituito da una villa, abitazione dei padroni, con le case dei contadini disposte attorno, a formare un quadrilatero. Dopo la ristrutturazione - scrupolosamente rispettosa delle caratteristiche linee architettoniche originali - voluta dall'allora Vescovo di Belluno-Feltre Mons. Maffeo Ducoli, il Centro dedicato al Papa del sorriso è dotato di due grandi sale per conferenze, di una decina di sale più piccole per incontri e di un grande anfiteatro all'aperto. Gli ampi spazi all'aperto consentono passeggiate e gioco, mentre Il parco con 5 gazebo si presta per dei momenti di riflessione e di riposo. Ps. Maffeo Ducoli, the Center dedicated to the Pope of Smile has two large conference rooms, a dozen smaller rooms for meetings and a large outdoor amphitheater. Chi desidera trascorrere qualche tempo per rinfrescare lo spirito nella preghiera e nel silenzio immerso nella natura, troverà tempi di ritiro e meditazione particolarmente efficaci e rilassanti. Anche la cucina è ottima. It is a very nice, welcoming environment. The staff is kind, considerate. The Director is always present and ready to illustrate the House and its purposes. Dotato di cucina e un grande salone dove poter mangiare ed eventualmente creare situazioni conviviali. Per chi desidera immergersi nella tranquillità e scappare dalla città senza essere troppo distanti è consigliatissima.
