-great view, very impressive place
-nicely decorated houses, everything is avalaible in the kitchen
-host is friendly and helpful
To be improved:
-bed makes a lot of sound we put the matras on the ground
-warm water takes ages to arrive, 10-15 minutes waiting time before warm water is available
-swimming pool is VERY cold
To take into account: its on a hill quiet a climb, its very windy esp in late season quiet cold during evenings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view, authentic experience, exceptional service. We stayed here for a week and it is without a doubt our best stay experience in Italy (we have been visiting the country plenty of times). The view is stunning and the ambience is just serene. It’s really impressive. The apartments are very functional and authentically furnished. It gets you in the mood for some real Tuscan experience :) The location is also very good - close to Florence, Vinci, convenient for day trips to Lucca, Pisa, Chianti region, San Gimignano... What is most impressive, however, is the staff. We had a minor accident with a Vespa rental and the people went above and beyond to help us with whatever they could. Cannot recommend enough, we will surely be back.
