★ ★ ★ ★ ★ abbiamo viaggiato in coppia nel primo weekend di Settembre, struttura situata in un condominio in posizione comoda per chi arriva a Roma in auto, parcheggi gratuiti disponibili a tutte le ore sotto la struttura, camere arredate con gusto e ordinate, non mancava nulla, utile cucina comune, pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti ok, abbiamo fatto il check in attorno all'1,00 di notte e ringraziamo i gestori per la massima disponibilità e per il servizio reso
 we traveled as a couple in the first weekend of September, structure located in a condominium in a convenient position for those arriving in Rome by car, free parking available at all hours under the structure, tastefully furnished and tidy rooms, nothing was missing, useful kitchen common, cleaning of the rooms and environments ok, we checked in around 1.00 at night and we thank the managers for the maximum availability and for the service rendered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokój z prysznicem oraz kuchnia wspólna. Czysto jest wszystko czego potrzebujesz. Blisko do metra do autobusu. Na dole mała kawiarenka z miła obsługa i pyszna kawa. Niedaleko znajdziesz lokalne restauracje z dobrym i tanim jedzeniem w porównaniu do centrum. Polecam w sto procentach .
Room with shower and shared kitchen. Everything you need is clean. Close to the metro to the bus. Downstairs, a small cafe with friendly service and delicious coffee. Nearby you will find local restaurants with good and cheap food compared to the center. I recommend one hundred percent.

After 2 times in a year at this guest house I can certainly guarantee the maximum professionalism of this service. Modern rooms with new furniture. Maximum cleaning and possibility of using the kitchen, washing machine and other services. Trust bar under the condominium.

Well-kept, clean and peaceful holiday home. Owners always available and very kind but only by phone, a more than fair price. The place can be reached from the Garbatella station in about 10 min. Standing. Highly recommended
