Si sviluppa in verticale su tre piani con molta privacy per le due camere, piano terra e secondo, c'è una terza "camera" nell'ampio ingresso celata da paraventi. Il piano centrale è un grande salone con balconi su due lati e vista mare, ampia cucina in muratura, a vista su scala e salone.. L'ampia terrazza del secondo piano ha una seconda cucina di fortuna e un barbecue, oltre a tavolo, sedie, lettino, bagno della seconda camera. La casa è a pochi passi dalla bellissima piazza e dalla spiaggetta. Una vacanza di belle emozioni, Marzamemi è senza tempo.
