Gli appartamenti tutti con i relativi confort, dal Wi-Fi all’aria condizionata, parcheggio interno privato. I titolari ottime persone è disponibile per qualsiasi problema. Excellent location in the center of Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capo Passero, Noto and the natural reserves of Vendicari and Calamsche, all places worth visiting. The apartments all with the relative comfort, from Wi-Fi to air conditioning, private internal parking. Holders good people is available for any problem.

c	cristina grasso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in vacanza l ultima settimana di agosto...la casa è situata in una posizione strategica... quasi di fronte al mare...e curata nei minimi dettagli ...Il proprietario sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste...il mare è meraviglioso, l acqua azzurra come il cielo...limpida e pulita , ti puoi specchiare dentro ...la sabbia ha il colore dell’oro...sembra un angolo di paradiso...consiglio a tutti di andare una volta nella vita a visitare il posto e soprattutto di alloggiare in questa villa che ha tutti i comfort che una persona potrebbe desiderare. Un grazie va a Giuseppe che ci ha ospitato e allo zio che ci ha sopportato ?ci vediamo l anno prox se tutto va bene... I was on vacation the last week of August ... the house is located in a strategic position ... almost in front of the sea ... and with attention to the smallest details ... The owner is always available to satisfy our requests .. .the sea is wonderful, the water as blue as the sky ... clear and clean, you can see yourself in it ... the sand has the color of gold ... it looks like a corner of paradise ... I recommend everyone to go once in a lifetime to visit the place and especially to stay in this villa which has all the comforts a person could want. Thanks goes to Giuseppe who hosted us and to the uncle who put up with us ? see you next year if all goes well ...

Inoltre la casa si trova veramente a due passi dal meraviglioso mare di San Lorenzo. Il mio bimbo felice! Lo zio gentilissimo ci ha aiutato anche a risolvere un problema alla ruota della nostra auto. Torneremo sicuramente! We had a really good, comfortable home and the highlight of the outside! Fantastic! Also the house is located just two steps away from beautiful San Lorenzo. My happy baby! The friendly uncle also helped us solve a problem at the wheel of our car. We will definitely be back!

Bellissima spiaggia a pochi metri di distanza. Comfortable, clean and well maintained facility with all the comforts for a beach holiday. Friendly and helpful owners. Beautiful beach just a few meters away.

La casa è pulitissima arredata in maniera semplice ma dotata di tutti i confort. Comodissimo il bagno/doccia esterno, utilissime le zanzariere alle finestre, bella ed ampia veranda con barbecue in pietra. A 50 metri si accede alla spiaggia di San Lorenzo una delle più belle della zona. Grande accoglienza e disponibilità da parte di Giuseppe e di tutta la sua splendida famiglia che ringrazio tanto nella speranza di riverere presto. Amiamo profondamente questa zona della Sicilia che consente di vistare nell'arco di pochi chilometri stupende citta' e bellissime spiagge. Altamente consigliato In June 2020 we were the first guests of the apartment 6 on the sea side after the reopening of the regions following the covid19 emergency. The house is very clean furnished in a simple way but equipped with all comforts. The external bathroom / shower is very comfortable, the mosquito nets on the windows are very useful, a beautiful and large veranda with a stone barbecue. At 50 meters you can access the beach of San Lorenzo, one of the most beautiful in the area. Great welcome and availability on the part of Giuseppe and all his wonderful family, whom I thank so much in the hope of revering you soon. We deeply love this area of Sicily which allows you to visit beautiful cities and beautiful beaches within a few kilometers. Highly recommended

La spiaggia più bella quella di San Lorenzo si trova a pochi passi dalla villa quindi comodissima per chi come noi viaggia con bambini piccoli, speriamo di ritornarci presto, anche il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Possibilità di raggiungere con brevi spostamenti località molto belle ( Noto Ragusa per dirne solo alcune). Tranquillità e silenzio. Ampi spazi all'aperto comprensivi di una utile doccia, zanzariere alle finestre. Gestore davvero gentile e disponibile, pronto a dare aiuto in ogni circostanza If you love the sea, this is the place for you.
