Voleva far spegnere tutto con gli invitati ancora presenti. E i suoi modi sono pessimi. Per i propri eventi è molto meglio pagare posti di persone più educate e tolleranti. Peccato che le case del residence non sono rifinite all'esterno, ma sarà una scelta lasciarle incompiuta. Quiet afternoon, well-kept swimming pool. If there is wind and the beach cannot be dtste it is a great alternative. Too bad that the houses of the residence are not finished on the outside, but it will be a choice to leave them unfinished.

Proprietario fantastico e prezzi più che onesti per ciò che la struttura offre, consigliatissimo! Magnificent structure, recent, clean and well organized, pool and lawn kept in a maniacal way I could not ask for better! Fantastic owner and more than fair prices for what the structure offers, highly recommended!

Appartamento carino fornito di tutto e con una ottima insonorizzazione, ma la differenza la fa il proprietario, Salvatore, persona gentilissima e sempre disponibile. Ci ha offerto anche prodotti locali da provare che abbiamo condiviso con dell’ottimo vino (sempre offerto) nel patio della casa con vista stupenda su tramonto e piscina. Se volete passare qualche gg in completo relax in un posto strategico a 2 min da Marzamemi, 2 min da Supermercati e 10 di macchina dalla bellissima spiaggia Carratois vi consiglio questo posto. Grazie Salvatore per averci fatto passare una bella settimana e probabilmente ci rivedremo il prossimo anno! Very very beautiful structure, full of greenery with a well-kept swimming pool, perfect for relaxing if you don't always want to go to the beach. Nice apartment equipped with everything and with excellent soundproofing, but the difference is made by the owner, Salvatore, a very kind person and always available. He also offered us local products to try which we shared with excellent wine (always offered) on the patio of the house with a wonderful view of the sunset and the pool. If you want to spend a few days in complete relaxation in a strategic place 2 min from Marzamemi, 2 min from Supermarkets and 10 drive from the beautiful Carratois beach, I recommend this place. Thanks Salvatore for giving us a great week and we will probably see you again next year!
