★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo il servizio click and collect non funziona, mancano gli oggetti e te lo dicono dopo aver pagato con carta di credito....i saldi poi prevedono solo pochissimi pezzi per articolo distribuiti nei vari negozi. Inoltre un articolo ordinato era difettoso, scatola aperta e pezzi mancanti, nel rifiutarlo non era previsto un rimborso ma un buono. Mai più perderò il mio tempo per acquistare così, non ne vale la pena. Meglio andare in negozio.
Unfortunately, the click and collect service does not work, there are no items and they tell you after paying by credit card .... the balances then include only a few pieces per item distributed in the various stores. Furthermore, an ordered item was faulty, open box and missing pieces, refusing it was not a refund but a voucher. Never again will I waste my time to buy like this, it's not worth it. Better go to the store.
