Nella casa arieggiava un odore di marcio e pudrito.
Pavimenti poiche la manutenzione non era avvenuta erano sporchi e a dir poco riluttanti.

Riservandosi di fornirmi opportuna documentazione solo dopo l'accettazione di una proposta irrevocabile. Si deve andare a fiducia. Pessimo servizio e pessimi modi.
I intended to make a proposal but the agent did not let me see any documentation attesting to the ownership of the house. Just a floor plan. Reserving to provide me with appropriate documentation only after the acceptance of an irrevocable proposal. You have to go to trust. Bad service and bad ways.
