La frase "tanto abbiamo noi l'esclusiva" è la meno professionale sentita negli ultimi mesi di ricerca affitto e acquisto proprietà. La collega sempre "occupata" anche appena rientra in sede... Ma perchè queste figure "professionali" non possono essere professionali ed evitare a tutti di perdere tempo? They seem to be doing you a favor by answering or giving information. The phrase "we have the exclusivity" is the least professional heard in the last months of searching for rent and property purchase. The colleague is always "busy" even as soon as she returns home ... But why can't these "professional" figures be professional and avoid everyone wasting time?

In seguito ho inviato un SMS su Whatsapp e mi è stato indicato un numero di telefono da contattare per parlare con un operatore. Il mio compagno ha contattato l'agenzia per vedere un'immobile di nostro interesse e la ragazza con cui stava parlando ci ha detto che saremmo stati ricontattati dalla sua collega, in quanto era lei ad occuparsi dell'immobile. Una sorta di scarica barile, insomma. Dopo aver aspettato alcuni giorni, abbiamo inviato un altro messaggio per avere novità. La risposta? Un visualizzato! Abbiamo tutte le carte in regola per affittare casa, busta paga congrua e reddito dimostrabile. Chissà quali siano, allora, le motivazioni per cui non siamo stati ricontattati! Ho lavorato nel settore immobiliare e purtroppo conosco alcune dinamiche e sono veramente rimasta dispiaciuta dalla poca professionalità dimostrata. I put 1 star, since it is not possible to do less than this. Let's start from the beginning: I have submitted a request via the website and have not been contacted. Then I sent an SMS on Whatsapp and I was given a phone number to contact to speak with an operator. My partner contacted the agency to see a property of our interest and the girl he was talking to told us that we would be contacted by her colleague, as she was in charge of the property. A sort of barrel discharge, in short. After waiting a few days, we sent another message for news. The answer? A displayed! We have all the credentials to rent a house, a reasonable paycheck and demonstrable income. Who knows, then, the reasons why we have not been contacted! I worked in the real estate sector and unfortunately I know some dynamics and I was really disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown.
