★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto tappa qui su consiglio di un'amica. Che dire? Pietanze genuine, tradizionali laziali e non. Possibilità di gustare molte varietà di carne bovina, alcune veramente di nicchia come la Cinisara Siciliana. La signora che ci ha serviti è stata veramente cordiale e disponibile. Ci sara' senz'altro un seguito da parte mia quando tornerò a Velletri.

I stopped here on the advice of a friend. What to say? Genuine, traditional Lazio and non-Lazio dishes. Possibility to taste many varieties of beef, some really niche such as Cinisara Siciliana. The lady who served us was really friendly and helpful. There will certainly be a follow up on my part when I return to Velletri.
