Ottime le materie prime, preparate con grande maestria dallo chef e presentate con grande professionalità dal personale di sala. Buona la carta dei vini che predilige produttori del territorio, senza tralasciare buone etichette campane e italiane. Senza dubbio un posto dove ritornare anche per la grande disponibilità dei titolari che ti fanno sentire come a casa.
 A truly enchanting place behind the medieval castle. Excellent raw materials, prepared with great skill by the chef and presented with great professionalism by the dining room staff. The wine list that local producers prefer is good, not to mention good Campania and Italian labels. Without a doubt a place to return also for the great availability of the owners who make you feel at home.

Easter lunch at Casa Palladino, hosted by chef Gianluca Pinque. Delicious food and refined taste flavors. Experience to be repeated. I recommend it to everyone especially to those who are looking for a local but revisited cuisine. The decomposed pastiera was sublime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata una meravigliosa scoperta, vi consiglio di farvi l'aperitivo in terrazza, con delizie dello chef, il panorama è spettacolare. Noi abbiamo cenato, assaggiando le delizie del posto tra salumi e formaggi. Gli gnocchi con salsa di pomodoro giallo e pesto di rucola, buonissimi. Il secondo di carne altrettanto particolare, e la ciambotta molto buona. A fine pasto un dolce calda esplosione di sapori. Complimenti allo staff x la gentilezza e la disponibilità. Super consigliato.
It was a wonderful discovery, I recommend you have an aperitif on the terrace, with the chef's delights, the view is spectacular. We had dinner, tasting the delights of the place between meats and cheeses. The gnocchi with yellow tomato sauce and rocket pesto, very good. The second course is equally particular, and the ciambotta is very good. At the end of the meal a sweet hot explosion of flavors. Congratulations to the staff x kindness and availability. Super recommended.

Great experience, the guys who run it are very prepared and the dishes original. Despite the gourmet style, the portions are right, don't expect skimpy courses. The rabbit tortello is particularly appreciated, I recommend it.
