Casa Nostra

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Nostra. The service of one of a kind. You are provided with NT speaker and a tablet. Breakfast has great variety. Attentive staff and great communication. They are always there if you need help. Airport transportation worked just perfect.

As hotel, the place is very nice. The bathroom was big and the room is very pleasant. The issues were with the fact that you have to walk kind of far to where you park your car and the neighborhood at night does not give the best feelings. The breakfast was ok, but the cakes and croissants feels very cheap and industrial.

The building is central located. You will find yourself right in the middle of the city . The opera house is few steps away as well as the main pedestrian street with tons of teas tyrants, shops and bars. The building that we where was brand newly renovated with attention to detail. Very clean and with friendly and attentive staff. The room was rustic with a travelers feel. The breakfast full and delicious. We where help in finding parking / that can be tricky in Palermo /. Highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed in the B & B which is connected to the Casa Nostra Hotel in September for two nights instead of the booked three nights. After arriving at the hotel we recognized that the shower was very dirty (which can be seen in the picture) and the shower door was hardly opening as the door was crooked (when opening the shower door you were afraid that the glass would burst). We immediately told the receptionist about the issues. They told us it would be fixed the next day. Unfortunately, it got not fixed the next day. Again we were told it would be fixed, but nothing happened, not even the dirt got cleaned away!!! Therefore we decided to check out early. As we paid in advance the full price was already charged. The receptionist told us we would get the refund if start the refund process via booking.com, which we did. The hotel stated in booking.com that we never showed up which is not true. Booking.com has already reached out twice for the hotel to accept the refund and they stated to do so immediately. So far nothing has happened since a month. I think they just want to sit out the topic. A very unpleasant customer experience!

Amazing bed breakfast hotel located at Capo Market. Clean rooms and super breakfast. Highly recommend!

We arrived 10 minutes after end of check in time due to our flight being 2 hours late, we dis inform the hotel along the way about it, they guy at the reception was very nice and told us he is upgrading us to the hotel rooms due to the late hour, the hotel room was nice but full of ants, in the morning i ask when can we switch to our B&B but was informed that the room was still not clean which i found strange since i was supposed to check in to it the day before, we went to the breakfast which was nothing special (the next days we skipped it and enjoyed much better) during breakfast i looked for a fork and took one since there was none on my table but scolded by the staff for taking one from the wrong place, explaining me that the ones in plain sight are not for us, but i should use the ones that were totally out of sight. After breakfast i went to check again about the room change and informed the room is still not ready, i gave my number for them to contact me and told them the room change need to be before lunch or after 15:00 as my wife need to attend a work call, they asked me to stay close and they will contact me, i adjusted my excursion to remain near by but no contact from hotel, came back to grab something before lunch, no one was at reception, when i was at lunch (around 13:00ish) i received a text that my room is ready, i texted back i will be back after i finish lunch as i already ordered, when i came to the hotel they asked me to pack everything and they will take us to the other location, i reminded them it is not possible right now as mg wife has a work call, thus started an hour long from 14:00 to 15:00 until my wife finished her call where they threatened me they will charge me for an extra night if i don’t transfer to my other room, what a waste of everyone’s time, later we transferred to the other location where the Bed and breakfast is, not sure what all the cleaning was about as the first thing that happened when i took off my shoes is to step on a shard of glass and get a small cut, the room was definitely not clean, also no internet throughout my stay despite complaints to reception at the hotel. Will not come back even if it was free, hospitality training is required.

I’ve travelled all around italy and personally believe hotels and b&b do not have the same standard I have. However Casa Nostra was amazing beautiful from the out side in and defiantly worth the price . I felt like a princess and so comfortable as I was travelling alone. Suraj was so helpful in telling me where to eat and where to visit. All the staff was incredible beautiful and welcoming. Wow I slept so well and I tend to have trouble sleeping so I was so impressed with the bed and the duvets. The location is perfect ! 5 mins away from all the restaurants and main locations like the cathedral. The only thing I would improve is an atmosphere for evening drinks - I was confused If the bar was open or not. For people who like to stay in Trendy places book early ! I missed out having a jacuzzi due to busy bookings I will be a guest again for sure and bring my l friends
