La cucina è impeccabile, anche nostro figlio ha mangiato proprio di tutto e ha detto che vuole cenare di nuovo in questo ristorante. Il vino era squisito e si abbinava perfettamente ai piatti. Il personale è stato molto gentile e tutti i piatti sono stati serviti rapidamente, non abbiamo dovuto aspettare. Il posto in sé è molto bello, c'è un posto per il parcheggio. ma ancora una volta voglio sottolineare la qualità del cibo, è qualcosa di magico, lo chef ha le mani d'oro ? We had lunch in this restaurant today, everything was top notch. The kitchen is impeccable, even our son ate just about everything and said he wants to have dinner at this restaurant again. The wine was exquisite and paired perfectly with the dishes. The staff was very nice and all dishes were served quickly, we didn't have to wait. The place itself is very nice, there is a parking place. but once again I want to emphasize the quality of the food, it's something magical, the chef has golden hands ?

Gli interni sono piacevoli, mentre è sul retro che, nella bella stagione, si trova una chicca per gli amanti del genere: un tavolo sociale in grado di accogliere 50 persone, sotto una piccola struttura con piante rampicanti e con un bracere di tutto rispetto! ? Ma torniamo a noi.. personale gentile, abbiamo mangiato bene. C'è scelta sia di piatti tradizionali che di altri originali e molto invitanti, vedi ad esempio le polpette di bollito, davvero squisite. Risotto allo zafferano "di non so dove".. mi aspettavo più di un "semplice" risotto allo zafferano, ma comunque buono. Ottima la tartare "come una volta"! Prezzi leggermente alti, ma adeguati alla location. Unica pecca il servizio: abbiamo dovuto chiedere sia il pane per gli antipasti che il formaggio per i primi, nonché il menù dei dolci.. un po' di attenzione in più non guasterebbe.. ☺️ A beautiful villa is the location of this restaurant which offers a large private parking (who knows why the presence of the "usual" valet ..). The interiors are pleasant, while it is on the back that, in the summer, there is a gem for lovers of the genre: a social table that can accommodate 50 people, under a small structure with climbing plants and with a respectable brazier! ? But back to us .. nice staff, we ate well. There is a choice of both traditional dishes and other original and very inviting, see for example the boiled meatballs, really delicious. Risotto with saffron "from I don't know where" .. I was expecting more than a "simple" saffron risotto, but still good. The tartare "as it once was" is excellent! Slightly high prices, but adequate for the location. The only flaw is the service: we had to ask for both the bread for the appetizers and the cheese for the first courses, as well as the dessert menu .. a little more attention would not hurt .. ☺️

Location incantevole e atmosfera rilassata, molto indicata per chi vuole prendere un po’ di fresco nelle calde giornate romane. Il personale è gentile e professionale, la mise molto elegante a mio parere, nonostante le tovagliette un po’ rustiche. La qualità del cibo è alta, ma l’antipasto della casa non è all’altezza del resto dei piatti.. prosciutto e melone non lo vedevo da parecchio e neanche ne sentivo la mancanza. Il filetto di carne credo sia stato uno dei più buoni mai assaggiati, cotto al punto giusto e molto saporito. Anche il galletto era buono e morbido, ma poco saporito. Nel complesso è stata una serata molto piacevole, siamo andati via soddisfatti. Restaurant in the villa two minutes by car from the center of Frascati. The quality of the food is high, but the house appetizer is not as good as the rest of the dishes .. I had not seen ham and melon for a long time and I did not even miss it. I think the fillet of meat was one of the best ever tasted, cooked to the right point and very tasty. The cockerel was also good and soft, but not very tasty. Overall it was a very pleasant evening, we left satisfied.

Ma il resto non funziona: entriamo e il green pass ce lo chiedono solo una volta seduti al tavolo. Il qr code digitale per il menu non è presente e tra l'altro il sito aziendale funziona male quindi (occhio che non è una cosa da poco). Il cibo è discreto. Non dubito che ricercano materie prime e si impegnano in tal senso ma la povertà nei piatti è evidente e su questo devono lavorare parecchio. L'ordine è stato di una formalità disarmante: penna e calamaio... niente di più. Consiglio: coinvolgete gli ospiti, presentate i must della vostra cucina, fornite informazioni sugli ingredienti e la qualità dei prodotti....Il respiro familiare nel servizio non è stato avvertito dai presenti alla serata oltretutto nessuno del personale ci ha chiesto se ci erano piaciuti gli antipasti, i secondi o il vino ordinato. La sensazione di tutti è che siamo stati un numero sullo scrontino. Peccato! The location deserves it overall. The rooms, the furnishings, the lights, all very nice. The familiar breath in the service was not noticed by those present at the evening plus none of the staff asked us if we liked them appetizers, main courses or the wine ordered. Location confortevole, personale cortese e disponibile, ok controllo Green Pass, ampio parcheggio e molto curato il parco della villa tutto intorno. Rispetto ai prezzi medi di una pizzeria sono più alti per pizze e fritti, ma si va sul sicuro. Consigliato senza dubbio. Really very good pizza, absolutely recommended the bruschetta. Comfortable location, courteous and helpful staff, Green Pass control ok, ample parking and a well-kept park all around the villa. Compared to the average prices of a pizzeria they are higher for pizzas and fried foods, but you are on the safe side. Definitely recommended.
