A me è capitato di aver offerto formalmente la cifra richiesta dal loro committente (ovvero di aver concluso la trattativa depositando caparra confirmatoria e offerta scritta presso di loro), per poi scoprire che hanno venduto ad altri perché nel frattempo continuavano a far fare visite all'immobile ed accettare altre proposte. Due sole parole per loro: scorretti e incompetenti. Non affidate i vostri immobili e il vostro denaro a queste persone! Questi "professionisti" del settore hanno scambiato il mercato immobiliare per una bancarella: non meriterebbero nemmeno di stare su piazza.

It happened to me to have formally offered the amount requested by their client (or to have concluded the negotiation by depositing a confirmatory deposit and written offer with them), only to discover that they sold to others because in the meantime they continued to make visits to the property and accept other proposals. Only two words for them: incorrect and incompetent. Don't entrust your properties and your money to these people! These "professionals" in the sector have mistaken the real estate market for a stall: they do not even deserve to be on the square.

Dopo 3 anni è arrivato il momento di comprare casa, per me un passo molto importante nella vita e anche molto delicato da quello che si sente in giro, mi sono fidato di nuovo a loro e non potevo fare una scelta migliore, la cosa più difficile è stata far scegliere casa a mia moglie, pietro e Barbara hanno fatto un gran bel lavoro e mi hanno consigliato e tutelato in modo impeccabile e hanno saputo venir incontro alle mie esigenze.
