Non sono attenti e non riescono ad inquadrare le esigenze dei clienti, non hanno professionalità e rispondono con toni poco garbati! Contatti per vedere un appartamento e ti costringono ad un questionario per arrivare a vendere servizi che non richiedi! Non puoi vedere una casa se non fissi appuntamento con un loro consulente finanziario. Si arriva quasi ad entrare nelle disponibilità personali prima ancora di decidere se vuoi vedere o meno un immobile. In sintesi....passa la voglia di vedere qualsiasi appartamento! Ascoltare il cliente e proporre ciò che più si avvicina ai suoi desideri, cosa ben lontana! Bad experience twice! They are not attentive and fail to frame the needs of customers, they do not have professionalism and respond with unpolite tones! You contact to see an apartment and they force you to take a questionnaire to get to sell services that you do not require! You can't see a house if you don't make an appointment with their financial adviser. You almost get to enter personal availability before you even decide whether you want to see a property or not. In summary .... the desire to see any apartment passes! Listening to the customer and proposing what comes closest to his desires, which is a far cry!

E' la seconda volta che proviamo a relazionarci con queste persone che "dovrebbero " essere dei professionisti ma purtroppo credo che non abbiano capito neppure che lavoro svolgono. Sono estremamente maleducati, rispondono con toni assurdi e quasi cercano di mettere in difficoltà il probabile cliente con delle domande alquanto strane ,inopportune e fuori luogo! A mio parere questi sono atteggiamenti che non solo ti fanno bruciare l'eventuale vendita ma soprattutto è una cattiva pubblicità e credo che quando si sta in commercio la pubblicità è il primo fattore fondamentale . La cosa triste è che queste agenzie oramai non fanno una selezione accurata del personale ed inseriscono solo persone incompetenti senza alcuna formazione ,e non conoscono neanche il giusto approccio con il cliente e e tecniche di vendita. Pertanto ...scrivo questa recensione affinché possa essere di aiuto ad altri ...e spero tanto che la legga la stessa agenzia . saluti ! So ... I insert a star but just for the sake of it ... actually they wouldn't even deserve this one! It is the second time that we try to relate to these people who "should" be professionals but unfortunately I believe that they have not even understood what work they do. They are extremely rude, they respond with absurd tones and almost try to embarrass the likely customer with some rather strange, inappropriate and misplaced questions! In my opinion these are attitudes that not only make you burn any sales but above all it is bad publicity and I believe that when you are in the market, advertising is the first fundamental factor. The sad thing is that these agencies now do not make a careful selection of personnel and only include incompetent people without any training, and do not even know the right approach with the customer and sales techniques. Therefore ... I write this review so that it can be of help to others ... and I very much hope that the same agency will read it. regards !
