Tranquillizzano quando dovesse esserci motivo di lasciarsi andare a qualche ansia e promettono di superare eventuali difficoltà mantenendo in pieno la parola data. It is difficult to say little about the friendliness and helpfulness with which the agency follows the customer from start to finish. I had been looking for a house for almost two years, so I got to know various agencies and none of them inspired me like this. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Carmine was able to follow me with professionalism from the first visit and Gianni managed to reassure me despite some inconveniences. I highly recommend their agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il buongiorno si vede dal mattino già con la visita iniziale a cura del titolare dell'agenzia, che è stato preciso e professionale. Le altre cose che mi hanno davvero colpito: 1) finché non ho deciso di conferire a loro il mandato di vendita, non sono MAI stato disturbato con telefonate: hanno invece atteso che io fossi pronto a vendere (cosa non verificatasi con alcune altre agenzie, i cui agenti si comportavano quasi come piazzisti); 2) una volta conferito l’incarico, Giuseppe e Arianna hanno sin da subito compreso perfettamente le mie particolari esigenze, proponendomi sempre appuntamenti ben cadenzati, nonostante la mia scarsa disponibilità di tempo. Ed occupandosi di ogni dettaglio in modo attento e preciso; 3) in pieno lockdown da COVID-19, il compratore (con mutuo già deliberato!) è purtroppo venuto meno: ebbene, Giuseppe è riuscito a trovare nel giro di pochissimi giorni un altro compratore, e dopo due settimane l’immobile è stato venduto; 4) il rapporto umano instaurato: ci si sente "tra amici". Conclusione: estremamente soddisfatto! Per me, Tecnocasa Casalnuovo - Intermedia S.r.l. è la migliore agenzia immobiliare della zona.
The good morning starts in the morning with the initial visit by the owner of the agency, who was precise and professional. The other things that really impressed me: 1) until I decided to give them the sales mandate, I was NEVER disturbed with phone calls: instead they waited for me to be ready to sell (which has not happened with some other agencies, whose agents behaved almost like salesmen); 2) once the assignment was assigned, Giuseppe and Arianna immediately understood my particular needs perfectly, always offering me well-scheduled appointments, despite my limited availability of time. And taking care of every detail in a careful and precise way; 3) in full lockdown from COVID-19, the buyer (with mortgage already approved!) Unfortunately failed: well, Giuseppe managed to find another buyer within a few days, and after two weeks the property was sold ; 4) the human relationship established: one feels "among friends". Conclusion: extremely satisfied! For me, Tecnocasa Casalnuovo - Intermedia S.r.l. is the best real estate agency in the area.
