Rispetto delle normative, wifi, possibilità pagamento carta credito. Cozy home in a convenient location even for people like me who travel for work. Spacious rooms and a lot of attention from the owner. Compliance with regulations, wifi, credit card payment option.

E siamo stati benissimo.Si trova a due passi dalla Nuova Casa di Cura Demma.È un appartamento molto elegante, con varie stanze grandi e una cucina a disposizione. La nostra stanza sembrava una suite di un hotel a 5 stelle: con un ingresso, un ampio bagno e una grande stanza da letto. Dotata di tutti i confort. E super pulita. La proprietaria è una signora molto disponibile, gentile, simpatica...una di famiglia. Ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. Ci ha fatto trovare in stanza persino due bottigliette d'acqua.C'era anche una macchinetta del caffè all'ingresso a disposizione degli ospiti ,la colazione era inclusa e c'era la possibilità di utilizzare la cucina, se si voleva, sia a pranzo che a cena. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Torneremo sicuramente. We stayed there two nights. And we had a great time. It is located a stone's throw from the New Demma Nursing Home. It is a very elegant apartment, with several large rooms and a kitchen available. Our room looked like a 5-star hotel suite: with an entrance hall, a large bathroom and a large bedroom. Equipped with all comforts. And super clean. The owner is a very helpful, kind, nice lady ... one of the family. He made us feel comfortable. He even made us find two bottles of water in the room.There was also a coffee machine at the entrance for guests to use, breakfast was included and there was the possibility to use the kitchen, if you wanted, lunch and dinner. We had a great time. We will definitely be back.
